Compilations - Using Cathe's older workouts to make new ones

Penpnchar's thread got me thinking...

I would love to see some ‘new workouts’ made from older workouts, much like “The Terminator” and “Hardcore Xtreme” DVDs.

How many of you would like to have the Kick Max blast challenge broken down into 10 different chapter points (one chapter for each blast)? I know I would!! And how many of you would like a ‘blast only’ premix from the first Interval Max? I would love this!!!! And, by including only part of a particular workout on the compilation DVD, folks would still be willing to buy the original workouts so everybody wins!

How about re-chaptering certain sections of some of Cathe’s older workouts? Something like:

Circuit Max – Cardio only
Interval Max 1 – Blasts only
Kick Max – Blast Challenge as 10 separate chapters

What about a step workout made up of something like the following:

CTX All Step Warm Up

Step Works Step Section 1 – Finished product only
Power Max Step Section 1 – Finished product only
Step Fit Step Section 1 – Finished product only
Step Works Step Section 2 – Finished product only
Power Max Step Section 2 – Finished product only
Step Fit Step Section 2 – Finished product only
Step Works Step Section 3- Finished product only
Power Max Step Section 3 – Finished product only
CTX All Step – Finished product only

Step Works stretch

Just some ideas… take ‘em or leave ‘em.
