Nobody works the lower body better than Cathe. Each of her lower body dvds have a favorite move so I find myself swapping dvds on lower body days. I would love to see a compilation release of favorite lower body moves. If I were to create one workout from bits and pieces of existing workouts it would be:
--squat and lunge segment from SJP
--leg press section from muscles endurance (with an option to skip)
--standing quad extension with ankles weights (this does wonders to strengthen my knees for running) and leg adduction series from legs and glutes
--firewalkers and all the legwork for inner/outer thighs on the ball from butts and guts
--kneeling hyrant and rear leg raises from butts and guts, timesaver 5 or gym style.
--inner and outer thigh floorwork from legs and glutes or gym style
Without the leg presses, this is a killer, perfect legwork in under an hour. Anyone else have their favorite lower body moves? I don't have some of the earlier lower body workouts so I am sure there are some I have left out.
