Good morning ladies,

No rest day for me today:mad: need to catch up on cardio and abs today:(
I WILL GO TO THE GYM TODAY:eek:

Tomorrow I will start week 7 of my rotation;)

Good Morning!

Quick check in....I have been busy the last couple of days and haven't had a chance to check in. I am awake for a early workout session, then at 10 DH is hosting a run/walk fundraiser....then it's my nieces b-day party and another workout session at 1:30! Busy...busy! Just wanted to let you all know that I am alive and hopefully I will come back later today.

Belinda: I need to clean out my office too. I could probably also throw a couple boxes with papers in the garage without opening them :eek: Have fun with week 7! And thanks for letting me know margaritas were clean :p

Lori: So how is the training going. Do you enjoy doing it? I see it certainly keeps you really busy. Like you weren't busy before ;)

I was looking at collagevideo and the Cathe video are now pushed back again. It went from Nov 1, to Nov 8 and now to Nov 15th. I guess we will have to wait a bit longer.

Not sure what I will do yet today. Maybe just cardio or a shoulder workout and cardio. I'll figure it out at some point.

Morning, im kinda excited to see a slight loss in my weight this morning. 1.2lbs down:)

I just purchased AS and im downloading it now, cant wait to preview it later and try it out. Meanwhile i have a very tender left hamstring that i will be applying heat too...guess MIS yesterday was too much for it:confused: I need to take some advil for it too..

Belinda-Enjoy your cardio and abb workout!

Lori-Don't forget to breath today girl;) sounds like your PT is off to a good start!

Helene-Wonder whats going on with the new workouts being pushed off? At least its not too much longer...have a great workout today. I was thinking of you yesterday when i finished MIS:)

Trish-High fives on those leg doms from your STS workout. Great job on your eating too...im glad my kids leftover halloween candy is GONE,yay(lol) The job is going well, everyone is really nice (with a select few of not-so-nice people, but i just ignore them). The movie i watched last night wasn't as good as i thought it would be..maybe i was just to tired to take interest? How was your movies? DH and I are going to rent one for tonight..any recommendations?

Just a quick check in. I am done with my workout, I did iTRI Sprints 16 (Sprint/elliptical/bike ride/sprints) plus B&G stabilitay ball abs (15 min)!

I will be back later! Need to cook dinner!
 
quick check in for me too. This time I did AS (not SM;):p:eek:) and it was fun...great sweaty workout. I got most of the moves down on the first try so im proud of myself!! Burned 397

Hi girls,

Ouch, High Step Challenge was so tough for me, my upper body is so sore. I'm thinking about squeezing in a Jillian's yoga before I go to bed tonight.

Belinda - I love when my desk is organized that's on my Jan. to do list. Have fun at the gym today:)

Lori - You are very busy at least your fitting in "your" workouts.

Amelia - Sometimes the public can be so demanding even though I don't work for the stores they expect me to ring them up but I can't. Great job with the weight loss and you made it through a "big" holiday:)

Helene - Since the DVD's are delayed I'm just going to do w/o's I haven't done in awhile especially since I don't even remember them:eek:

Trish - Believe it or not I can't swim:eek: It's one regret I have especially since I'm into fitness it seems weird that I can't. My DH says it's all about confidence maybe next summer I'll put my mind to it.

Hello all,

Quick check in for me. Yesterday was a forced rest day because I have a bad cold again and I had no voice. today I still feel icky, plus my "Aunt Flo" came by for a visit today, but I pushed through Muscle Max. Now I am having chicken soup and about to snuggle with the kids and DH.

have a good weekend. Enjoy the extra hour ;)

Hey Girls!

The race went over well today. It was very well organized in the small amount of time they had to do it. I thought that they bit off more then they could chew but it went really well. Hopefully it will get bigger as time goes by. I had one chickie on my heels for about 2k, then she passed me. She was always in my sight but there was some relief about her passing me. She probably finished about 15 sec ahead of me. When ever I do a race and someone beats me by a few secs I always think after that I should have pushed it. But when I am doing it, I don't have it in me. Then we went to the b-day party where I ate a bowl of chili, that sent my belly in a tail spin and i have been sick ever since. Those 10k races are hard on the stomach! I took a hour long nap though:)

Ameila** Congrats with the weightloss! Sounds like your on a roll!

Helene** I am enjoying the PT so far. I like watching people suffer;) My friend is having some nice results cause her diet is in check. The other girl am training hasn't changed anything so I am not sure what she is going to acheive only better strength and cardio.

Deb** I am getting in my workouts but they aren't nearly as long as I am use to! Nice DOMS today!

I worked my shoulders and abs and did 4DS HIS cardio only.

Amelia: Well done one AS! THe choreography is simple so you can kick it up a notch.

Lori: It will be interesting in a few months to see if there is a big difference between the two girls if one follows a clean diet and the other not. Funny that you like to watch the very people you torture :eek:

Belinda: Well done on your cardio and abs!

Deb: I also and doing DVDs differently. I'm doing ones I haven't done or new premixes. I'm looking at those a lot lately.

Tomorrow starts another week.....sigh.....
