I will do cardio today, since I never got that in yesterday.

I will be back to report my workout.

Belinda: No, no, no, say it isn't so! You can't be cleaning for Xmas yet! Do you know there is Thanksgiving first ? ;) Enjoy your cardio!

Amelia: You inspired me. I did AS this morning. And it kicked my b*m as usual. LOVE IT. 430 calories for me as well. I usually get 400 out of this workout, I don't know how you ever got 300. I get about 330 with SM. Anyway.....great job!

Cookie: Well it looks like we only have Saturdays and Sundays left. What do you think? I know you are so busy so it's OK.

Iris: How was yesterday. I hope you got everything done. I hope today is fun for you.

Deb: Well, if your schedule is tough, it's nice to have DS' company. You'll be wanting to go back and take a 3 day retreat when January 1st rolls around! So you are doing BBL again. It sounds like it has a good fun factor for you.

Kristin: So how are your buts and your guts this morning :p ? Enjoy your weekend with the little ones.

Melissa: So how many days do you have left? And yes, work is rest, I sit on my bum all day. Wish it weren't so. I saw you asked about TF on another thread. I got it and still don't know if I like it or not. I do one of the workouts once in a while but def could not do the rotation.

Trish: I always think of you on Saturdays now. Enjoy running around taking the little ones to their activities. I'll be doing the same.

Lori: So how is your weekend shaping up? Do you have to go in to work this weekend?

All right. Did AS this morning. Great workout. I will be signing up for the BFFM challenge that is coming up soon and I am following CSF type workouts. Not like Iris because I can't even imagine doing what it takes for that but doing what they call the lifestyle program. I am going to try and use the WB to make most of my CSF workouts that way I can keep Cathe with me :) . So you'll see a lot of the mish mosh and it will be those workouts. Adding the BFFM challenge, hopefully, will help me stay on track of my eats. It did last summer ...... until I had visitors for a month. I have two years until I hit 40 and I want to be in the best shape of my life (inside and out). LOL. Wish me luck ;)

Where are all you sleepy heads it's almost noon:) So what will you be doing with your extra hour tonight;)? We're going to dinner tonight, hopefully I won't waste mine staying up too late!

So until the new Cathe's come in my workouts will be all over the place. Today I decided to dust off High Step Challenge don't even remember what it's about:eek: and BBL during the week.

Belinda - Wishing you lived closer struggling to get my everyday cleaning done . . . your good girl:) Your day out sounded like so much fun and even better when it's unexpected:) Bum, Bum is from Beachbody's Brazilian Butt Lift.

Helene - I remember how much you liked doing the BFFM challenge last time, go for it. I'm still going back & forth on TurboFire, is it high impact/plyo? I do love her TurboJams.

Amelia - Do you put merchandise out at the warehouse? Is it like Costco or BJ's?

Iris - Do did DG stop in last night?

Cookie - It getting harder to get grants? I hope you take the time to relax this weekend.

Melissa - I went to get a bottle of wine last weekend and the store had demos for wine & cheese . . . I thought about you:) Cheese would be tough to demo.

Kristin - Have fun with B&G, I'm trying to dust off some of the DVD's I never reach for:)

Lori - Are you still running outside, it's getting so cold here?

Trish - How are the new hours working for you?

Helene, i am SUCH a dork:eek:. Your not going to believe what i did. I went to Cathe's download website to purchase the download of step moves...well, after seeing the picture of it I noticed it was similar to AS? Come to find out I don't have AS, I have Step moves:rolleyes: all this time i thought i was doing AS:confused: anyways...my next purchase will be AS. Great job on your workout!

Debbie- HSC is another tough one. Have a great workout. Im a order picker at an online warehouse. I love the fact that I'm not dealing with the public,lol.

Belinda-So what cardio did you do? Hows the weather in Germany? I can't believe its in the upper forties today:confused:

Hello to everyone that follows.

Today I did Maximum Intensity Strength ...skipped the tricep dips and the lunges off the step(hate those) but still got in a good workout:)

I rented a movie for me to watch later, after the kids go to bed. The Back-Up Plan with Jennifer Lopez...really like her. I got the kids Toy Story 3 to watch. Im looking forward to no alarm clock again tomorrow:)

Howdy girls!

While my laptop is being worked on at work I have a loaner. Aaaahhhh, it feels so good to be on a virus-free machine at home! The Saturday madness is over, and although I told my family I was coming upstairs to take a nap, I couldn't resist jumping online to say hi:) My eating was good all week except I just had a few pieces of leftover halloween candy:rolleyes:. M2 was awesome this week. OMG, I did D14 Legs on Wednesday and just today am I finally feeling pain free. I wasn't expecting those kind of DOMs, but glad I got them;)

Belinda - What kind of cardio did you get into today?

Helene - The girls have a new swim teacher for this session and she is really sweet but also really aggressive. Amaya, after so many years of swim lessons, still has a fear of water and the teacher is not letting her get away with not doing what she asks. By the end of class Amaya was in tears and screaming that she never wanted to come back (it was quite the scene!). I feel bad for her but on the other hand, she needs to move past this fear. Sigh...Anyway, I think we are about the same age. I'm 38 (bday in april) and feel like 40 is coming way too fast. I am hoping to be in awesome shape, as well. As much as we workout, it's a shame that we let what we eat ruin it for us. I remember your BFFM challenge! I hope you have the same great results this time around.

Deb - Just when I think I am comfortable with the new schedule I start to feel exhausted. I love leaving early and really don't even mind the early workouts or getting out of the house so early. The biggest issue is getting to bed on time and staying asleep all night. If I could work that out, I'll be A-OK. I did order the new wos. Have I missed any updates about delivery?? I wish they would make the downloads available before the DVDs....that might even be more incentive for people to buy them. Sounds like you will have fun mixing it up this week.

Amelia - How's the new job going? Are the people nice? Nice job on MIS today. DH and I are set to watch a movie tonight, too (if I can stay awake). I can't remember what movies we rented but there are two netflix envelopes on the counter;)

Kristin - So, what did you end up doing with B&G? One of the premixes on there is so hard (leg blast maybe??). I think it does the lunge squat combo 3 or 4 times and a bunch of walking lunges. The first time I did it I was near tears!

Melissa - So, were you walking funny today after D14? I upped my weight a bit, but I didn't think it was so much to produce the kind of DOMs I had afterward! I felt like such a newbie!

Cookie - How were things with the grant session today? With your crazy schedule big ^5 on sticking with your wos. Is there an end to the madness in sight?

Lori - Hope you're doing well!

My goodness what a quiet board today!

Did Chest and triceps this afternoon. It nearly killed me in a mere 30 minutes. :eek:

Amelia: That is the funniest thing. :D AS is well worth it. I love that work out but be warned, it is HARD! I love it though and it's fun but my HR is through the roof the whole time. It's like a Hiit workout, just a tad below in intensity, but it never lets up. Take your vitamins before that one. But it's only 40 minutes so I like that too because I can get it done in a short amount of time. I used to gravitate to long workouts and now am reaching for shorter ones.

Trish: How old is Amaya? Poor thing. I hope it works though. It's so important to be OK with water. I'm going to be 38 in February, so yeah, we are just a few months off. I wish I could meet the rest of this board, it would be so much fun. It's been so nice knowing Cookie and Iris. Oh, and now I want to do that B&G premix, it sounds like pure evil :)

I hope everyone else is having a fantastic and fun filled weekend. We had soccer and swimming today. The kids are a bit tired. Hopefully they'll hit the sack soon. I just had a margarita so I'm chilling now ;) Are margaritas clean? :p

I never made it to the gym today:confused: DH ask me to help him to clean/organize his office, so I did a lot of cleanmax. We got a lot done. Office is looking like a office again:eek: I made DH go through all the paperwork and get rid off it!
We didn't relaized how late it was getting, so I called it a rest day.

Helene - nice job, on your UB wo today. Short and sweet, that's how I like it! Of course, margaritas are clean :eek:, duh:p Of course, I know Thanksgiving is coming first, lol. My DD wants to be here the beginning of Dec, I have to be done by then:eek::eek:

Amelia - LOL, that's funny about AS! Enjoy it! It's raining here:rolleyes: Nice job, on MIC today.
