Commit to get FIT & Lean for May!!

Morning everyone,

I am going to DC this morning, I will bring my PC/workout cloth;) Today I will do Jessica's " Superset Sculpt = 41 min" and JMBR #6!

Debbie- we sure do;) You are always welcome to come! Hope you feel better.

Cookie - yeah, it was a little pit of peeling. I discovered Jessica on Exercise TV and later on her youtube channel. She and Peanut are so adorable:D I also have almost all her workout dads. They are perfect, don't need a lot of equipment. Just a mat/or towel, and a light set of hand weights.

Kirstin - have fun decorating your new house! It never ends, we still working on yours. It's never enough:p

I am done with my workouts! Instead of doing my workout in DC, I went shopping with DD:eek:

Hi,

Today I skipped yoga to get some work that is due at the end of the month done. I did a 20 minute upper body workout tonight. I can't believe how hot it will be tomorrow:eek:

Belinda - Shopping is always fun, I noticed a lot of sales today at the stores. Kudos on getting your workout in.

Cookie - I need to look up some things before I start telling you the wrong things:D We went before GPS, smart phones & used maps to travel:eek: sometimes it was tense between DH & I (map reading is not my thing). Driving that far is a good reason to take a rest day:)

Kristin - Did you meet any neighbors yet?

Belinda, did you count peeling all those potatoes as an arm/shoulder workout? What goodies did you get in DC?
Deb, hard to image how we managed without gps! I'm sure it has saved many relationships. I like looking at maps and am a pretty good navigator but will most definitely be relying on gps. We're flying to Salt Lake City and then ending up in Minneapolis, where I have a meeting. Did you go with your sons? It will just be dh and me.
Doing sts tb in a bit. Need coffee first! Considering doing upper body portion of it and then boxing to really wear out my ub, but then I worry I won't be able to even lift a sheet of paper today. Have SED meeting today and tomorrow with a dinner meeting this evening. Maybe not being able to lift anything would be a good idea.

Debbie - it was so humid/hot in DC yesterday. Which UB did you do?

Cookie - have fun with STS TB today. I need to revisit my Cathe DVDs after my vacation. :( I bought some shirts in Loft yesterday:confused:

Kirstin - you must be busy with decoration your new house;) I am still spending lots of money on the house, wonder if it ever ends:p

Hi,

So many messes in the stores this week . . . looks like everyone was shopping on Memorial Day:) I came home late, attempted abs but just called it a day. I have one more quick set-up to do tomorrow & the rest of the day off will save computer work for the weekend.

Belinda - I just did 2 exercises for each of the upper bodies. Will you be bring anything special back from Germany that you can't get in the states?

Cookie - We did it the same way Salt Lake to Minneapolis about 15 years ago the boys were around about 6 & 8 yrs. old. We have it on our bucket list to do it again with just DH & I :) One of our regrets was not spending more time in Jackson Hole/Grand Tetons.
