Morning
Today i plan on doing burn intervals again, *ahem* for the last time

(at least for a while anyway) then its cleaning my bathroom and bedroom. I may start on my closet and go through some clothes in there....im thinking about having a yard sale sometime this summer.
So, i had slip last night with my eating. I started nibbling and before I knew it i was about 470 calories over

I will pull the brakes on that crap today and make up for the calories over the week. I was suppose to go to a OA meeting on Tuesday but was just too tired. Im going to try and go this Tuesday because I feel i could use that support

And I hope me talking about this on here isn't TMI for you guys....

great job with AS and good job with avoiding the temptations to eat. I did some nibbling last night and i will have to make up those calories for the rest of the week
Kristin-awesome job with Intensity yesterday. LOL at your ds grunting when he helps you with your weights, my ds does too. I try not to laugh in front of him but its sooooooo cute.
Lori- Im sure we all remember those hormonal battles during pregnancy, i hope the feeling has passed for you (heck i go through those feelings just about every week it seems
