Hi and good morning,

Yesterday I did MMA Boxing, today I will do a lower body workout.

Sorry I have no time for personals lately, I will try to catch up this weekend. I am so busy with the traveling.

Morning

Today i plan on doing burn intervals again, *ahem* for the last time:D (at least for a while anyway) then its cleaning my bathroom and bedroom. I may start on my closet and go through some clothes in there....im thinking about having a yard sale sometime this summer.

So, i had slip last night with my eating. I started nibbling and before I knew it i was about 470 calories over:eek: I will pull the brakes on that crap today and make up for the calories over the week. I was suppose to go to a OA meeting on Tuesday but was just too tired. Im going to try and go this Tuesday because I feel i could use that support:) And I hope me talking about this on here isn't TMI for you guys....:eek:

Helene-Busy day for you yesterday:confused: great job with AS and good job with avoiding the temptations to eat. I did some nibbling last night and i will have to make up those calories for the rest of the week:eek:

Kristin-awesome job with Intensity yesterday. LOL at your ds grunting when he helps you with your weights, my ds does too. I try not to laugh in front of him but its sooooooo cute.

Lori- Im sure we all remember those hormonal battles during pregnancy, i hope the feeling has passed for you (heck i go through those feelings just about every week it seems:eek:) hope your feeling better today.:) Your workout yesterday was great!!!

Cookie-Vent away girl...lord knows I do just about every day:p I would definitely see a doctor if its interrupting your daily activities. {{{Hugs}}} So sorry your going through that.

Iris-How was your workout yesterday? Sorry to hear DB is moving but at least you get to see him when you visit Vegas.

Hey Gals,

I had a early morning training and then off to Mcds with DS to meet a friend so he could play. As soon as I got home I started my workout. I did 50 mins on the TM, most of it was running but I did walk some hills near the end of it, then I did MM S,B,T and HR S as well.

Helene** Haven't done that workout in a long time!! Its a goodie!

Ameila** It's good to know that even people who aren't hormonal have those days. Normally I like a bit of time to myself but DS wasn't here and it gave me time to think. He usually keeps me hopping, that's forsure.

I will probably bbl. Not sure what the plan is here this weekend.

Hey to everyone! Have a great night...im exhausted. My MIL just left so Im glad I didn't wait for her to leave before starting my workout. :confused: ...sigh. Its starting to bug me a little, having someone here but I know she probably feels awkward being here all the time too so im trying to be a good sport about it. It can be challenging. :eek:

It looks like it was a lowmax day, I did part of it a couple of weeks ago and always think why don't I do it more:confused: Today I took yoga class & did Gym Style back & tri's after work.

Belinda - It's amazing your getting your workouts in.

Amelia - Does your MIL bring over anything to do when she comes over? It's funny I've been wanting to go to a meeting w/parents or people in the same situation as my son but the hardest part is walking through the door:confused:

Helene - Good job getting lowmax in after your late night:)

Lori - Kudos on having so much energy for all your workouts:)

Cookie - Wondering how your doing.
