Good morning all.

I will do 4DS BC only plus the quick fix and abs, still haven't done them;)

Debbie - nice on that yoga yesterday. I need to check out the movie Conviction, glad you enjoyed it. Thank you, Alesia is doing much better, the meds are finally kicking in. I also feel much better after a good night sleep.

I will be back after my workouts.

Hi everyone.

About to go do BM2 cardio premix. Thought I'd check in first. Lots going on and have to get ready for vaca.

Belinda: Hope you are both feeling better soon. Sounds like you are still getting your workouts in. Are you feeling better today?

Deb: Nice on the yoga. You do get a nice mix of workouts in. Funny about Justin Bieber songs. I don't think I could recognize any. LOL

Kristin: I hope your little guy is feeling fine this morning. That is a high fever and would have scared me too! So how are you feeling the day after (butts and guts that is :D)? Nice job by the way. I'm scared to do LB workouts right now because I haven't done as many of them and I'm afraid I would get the crazy kind of DOMS where you just fall on the toilets........

Lori: This thread has been quiet lately. We go through our phases. Did you have coffee again? :) When is your due date by the way?

Hi to everyone else. Can't wait for vaca. Fighting a bit at work. I am trying to go part time. They agreed but now they decided I have to come in everyday (and mind you, there is absolutely no reason this should be necessary). I told them I am not commuting for 4hours every single day. Defeats the whole purpose of me going part time. I'm ready to hand in my resignation if they give me too much of a hard time. I'm done with them. I've been dedicated to that place for 10 years including working nights and weekend and they have no decency. I imagine if work stress was done I'd probably reach my goal weight by Xmas. :D

OK, enough ranting for me. Let's just say that in the meantime, vacation can't come soon enough......

Good Morning:)

How is everyone? I had a quiet evening yesterday. DS and DH were gone when I got home from work so I visited a friend at the hospital. I woke up earlier enough this morning to get a workout in. I did 40 mins of cardio and PH should,bic and tris. I am gonna settle in and read some more shortly.

Belinda** Nice workout. I am guessing you feel better today? DO you see the kids very often?

Helene** 4 hours??? OMG!! As it always been like that or did you guys move? That's crazy! Where are you going on vaca??

Deb** Yes, I did get some studying done yesterday. Aiming to read another chapter today. Hopefully I can keep my eyes open:eek:

Kristin** I hate fevers! DS hasn't been sick in a long time (knock on wood) We visited my brothers family last week and both of his kids were sick. Thankfully we didn't catch it. I don't think we were there long enough.

Already....enough stalling....I need to read!!!

Kind of low on energy.... weird I took two rest days in a row before today. Anyways. Did the step segment of BM2 (not the circuit step segments). I was still a good sweat for 40 minutes. Will do CLX LC3 tonight sometime.

Lori: It's 4hours of work everyday. Sorry :eek: The commute round trip is from 50mns to 1:20 depending on the time of day and traffic.
 
Hi everyone. MMA Kickbox done. It is that TOTM, which explains my extreme bitchiness and lack of willpower re: food!

Chris still has a fever that comes and goes, but the doctor's office was closing at 12, and they couldn't squeeze him in. they said to call first thing on Monday. they weren't oo concerned because he is not fatigued and he is not cranky. Still playing and running around.

We are almost there. . . the new workouts should be shipping out on time. I am so excited. For those of you who pre-ordered which ones are you looking forward to the most and which one do you think you will do first? I am looking forward to Athletic Training, Afterburn and Cardio Supersets, plus the low impact challenge. Afterburn or AT will be the first ones I try I think.

Helene- BM2 the steady cardio is a good workout in intself, especially when you are low on energy. LB workouts do give those DOMS, I am feeling them today a bit but doing KB seems to help. Maybe kicking stretches the muscle? I hope you can shave off some days at work. Retail stinks. DH was in retail for years. They just demand more and more and never give anything in return.

Lori- TG you and DS did not catch it. The funny thing is he is fine otherwise. He is really driving me nuts.

Belinda- is Alesia still not feeling well? I hope you are not coming down with something :(

Okay, I'll bb tomorrow at some point.

Hi,

We went to my in-laws pool today so I can only get a quick workout in so I'm going to try Amy Bento's new kettlebell w/o it's real short.

Belinda - I'm glad she's feeling better, so nice of you & DH to take care of her.

Helene - Could you just check-in from home on your days off? I know a lot of companies in NJ are going green & letting people work from home a couple of days a week.

Lori - Are you having a Christmas baby? Great job getting some reading in.

Kristin - On a good note TG Chris is sick this week & not when school started, hmm, is he in school yet? Your doing a lot of my favorite w/o's this week:)

Melissa - Looks like your lucking out with the weather for vacation.
