Back to report my workout! I went to gym, ran 3 miles + 10 min on the bike + KPC abs &stretch! That's it for me today! Have a great day, everyone!
 
Hi,

Belinda I couldn't let you be the only one who posted;) Today I did M3W3 shoulders, bi's & tri's.

Not much going on here just getting ready for Easter. I was so tempted to break into the M&M's w/almonds that I bought but I didn't. I made toasties for dinner tonight which are meatballs w/o sauce . . . they were good may have to make more for Sunday:)

Belinda - I can't believe you have the energy to do that workout and finish packing. If I ever move I may just call you for help:)

I'm guessing everyone else are busy little bees or soaking up the rays on some beautiful beach:cool: Talk to you guys tomorrow.

Just printed out 2 muffin recipes that sounded really good.

Banana chocolate chip power muffins (Cathe blog)

1 minute Omega-3 morning muffins (by Jodelle in the recipes section)

Will let you guys know how they turn out.
