Good Morning!!:)

I soooo cannot wait to sleep in tomorrow morning!:) I really didn't want to get up but I want to get my workout out of the way for the day:) Not to menion, DH brought some chips to bed last night. I ended up just lying there, munching a little, till I passed him the chips and said "can you move these?" LOL So I need to get rid of those before they attach themselves to my hips;)

I think I am going to do a circuit workout today with the TM and maybe HST...one of 'um anyway.

Cheryl** Woo Hoo on 130! Oh the good 'ole days of me weighing 117 are long gone:) LOL Atleast I don't hear comments about how skinny I am anymore! LOL Like that was torture or something...hahaha! Sounds like you are enjoying your supplement.

Cookie** Your comment made me giggle...prehaps I am turning into iron women! Still no DOMS today, weird! I wish I could go pamper myself but there is to much going on at the home front. Also, it is super hard to get into the spa here, they are booked waaaaay in advance. I told my SIL to come in for alnight on Fri night though, so she will be here Fri and most of Sat, that will be good.

Morning! I feel so guilty checking in when I haven’t even really gotten going. Seemed to have woken up every hour last nigh and had a hard time even getting to sleep. Just have been sitting in bed or an hour checking up on mail and happenins. The wonders of wireless – love it.

Lori, haven’t done HST in a bit, but I enjoy it. All those leg presses will give you DOMS. My hub isn’t empted as much as I am by chips. Something about the ones with ridges just makes them seem to really have a bet flavor, and then of course if they are sour cream and onion, or salt and inegar, or barbeque, or …. Well, guess you can see I could do an imitation of a human vacuum cleaner.

Belinda, sorry I couldn’t join you this morning on the planned wo. Since I’m traveling, I’ll have to squeeze in a run/walk. Or perhaps I’ll take Cheryl’s advice and have a rest day. I ‘m at a rural conference center so the run/walk option is probably going to happen. Went out last night for about 7.5 miles ad wow I thought this one hill would never end. Every time I went around a curve, it went up on incline. Then thee was a real sharp curve with no shoulder and I could hear a vehicle coming roaring up. Needless to say that made my heart think it was a cardio interval.

Cheryl, how many children do you have? My daughter is adopted from China. She’s the nicest of all mine. Perhaps I should have just adopted.

LMAO! HAHA! Cookie, I think you are tired! LOL There were a few spelling mistakes on the go as well....but I over look that this early in the morning;) Im always going back to fix my mistakes when its the wee hours:) Unplanned rest days are usually what I go for. There are some days that working out is just impossible, today may be that day for you. I will probably get some good workouts in while DH is away.Not that I don't already but in the evening I may decide to do a missed body part instead of hanging on the couch. I will probably go for a few evening walks as well.

I managed to squeeze in 30 mins run and 4 seg of HSC. I think my HR was pretty high the whole time. Cathe doesn't really give you any downtime in that workout. The first time I did it, I was sooo confused. She moved so fast and I had no clue what we were doing.

Im hoping today won't be a long day at work. I have a couple of things to do but then I have some stuff to do on the computer. Hopefully that will take up the whole morning.

Sorry i was MIA yesterday,wasn't having a very good day:-( i got turned down for that intership(after i thought i had nailed it) and well took it pretty hard:-(. Im still trying to pick myself up and continue on my quest for a job. I won't give up:)

Ameila** Try not to get to down. I applied for this job twice before I got it and the job before that. Both times I was wondering what I did wrong but I guess there was just someone more qualified? Things will workout, they always do:)
You sold a Cathe workout??? You silly,silly gal;) She does move pretty quickly but thats what the pause button is for:) I do enjoy that workout now that I got the hang of it but I was certainly sweating buckets earlier!

Lori-Thanks gal,i feel better today but yesterday i was a complete mess:-(. Im sending out more resumes soon! There's a right job out there for me...somewhere:)!

Hows everybody been doing lately on there eating? Ive been doing suprising good! Ive quite eating after 7pm(which i had problems with last week) and now im watching my carb intake(dont need them this week anyway since im not really doing any intense workout).The scale has went down two lbs since tuesday

still waiting on my workouts to get here x( i hope i don't get scammedx(. i bought push pull and supersets and rythmic step/MIC and another step workout...i think its referred to as the oldies but goodies;-)
