Trish-High fives on your new purchases! Love finding new workout stuff. What Yogafit dvd's do you have? Ive seen about four of them on netflix and im thinking about trying them out..

Belinda-How are you doing today? Has the pain eased up any?

Hey to everyone

Im such a bum...no workout yesterday, i was getting ready to do PH then dh suggest that we go hiking instead:confused: can't say no to that...so we took the kids and cassiegirl(labmix aka horse,lol) hiking..went about 4miles. It was fun.

You guys wish me luck..today starts the first day of my new diet. Ive decided to stagger my cals and keeping an average of 1600 throughout the week. .I will be taking two rest days a week too. No more going to Myfitnesspal either...im writing it all down like i use too. I got myself a snazzy new food diary journal;)

With all of that said..i have to figure out what im doing today? BBL with the results.
 
Lori, I am still here! Had to update my PC, someone tried to hack my computer. So DH ran a few virus checks:rolleyes: I am still taking it easy, been sitting on my butt all day long. Going alrady crazy:eek:

Amelia, thanks for asking! Right now my back feels a little better, I am on a lot of pain killers:rolleyes: I am still very positive. Nice job on your walk yesterday. Sounds like you are on the right rack! Good luck!

Good morning girls,

I was supposed to do legs yesterday ended up doing upper body so today is legs. Looks like I am taking my MIL food shopping with me, she's already calling me:confused: to go. I would have preferred to do my workout 1st:(

Lori - I'm guessing your running today. Are you working today?

Belinda - Maybe you can catch up on things we can't do when workouts get in our way. I know my list is too long:) Kudos for staying positive!!!

Amelia - Hiking is a workout:) Good luck with the new diet and journaling, keep us posted. I may go back to Marilu Henner's diet it seems like the only thing that's ever worked for me.

Hey girls...decided on Kenpo (kickboxing) for 53mins,burned 450cals.
I found a rotation to follow:) its one of fitness'sfreaks..its called the Intermediate fatloss rotation.

Belinda-Thankgoodness for pain killers;) glad to hear you feeling a littlebit better

Debbie-I will have to google that diet your talking about. Have fun with your workout today!

Oh my...I thought I was coming right back but then DH called and was coming in for a visit. Him and DS were out for a bike run so they popped in.

I slept in this a.m. I set my alarm for 6:30 cause I wanted to get out for a run by 7:30...but guess who turned the alarm off and went back to sleep!?:eek: Yep...moi! I must have needed the sleep, even though I was in bed last night by 11. I still managed to start my workout by 8. It was CC#3 ( i did the 1st lot of interval 2x's) and ME legs. My run ended up being 40 mins long and 4.5 miles.

Last night when I got home from work I made some protein bars for snacks. They were pretty good but I think next time I will add some apple sauce so they are so dry.

Ameila** So you have a new plan? I use to always buy a new diary whenever I had a new plan in mind. Actually I was going to buy a new one for my training right now so that next yr I could look back and see what I did. But I haven't made it that far yet. Have good workout today...or hike!

Deb** Did you get your food shopping done yesterday? DH did ours so I was off the hook:)

Trish** Have you finished STS or just taking a little break. I think I took 3 weeks off between Meso 2 and 3. I have one week left to go and then I think I am going to go back to the GS workouts, or maybe 2 full bodyworkouts a week until my race is over.

Belinda** Ugh..hackers! People are such pains! Hope you are feeling better!! You will be working out in no time!!

Hey everyone,

So sorry, I'm behind so I'll have to go back and read the posts. But we've been quite busy this weekend trying to make the most of the three days (too many projects :confused:). Wanted to say hi though!

We went to see Cirque du Soleil yesterday. It was so much fun. Even DD at 2 enjoyed it and was watching mesmerized especially the first half. The second half she was glad when it was over. Today we went to the scottish games. That was fun too, pony rides, dances, caber tossing and a nice bouncy bounce! I really wish they had some for the parents. :eek: Not sure what's in store for tomorrow, but I'm sure DH will come up with more projects........

Belinda I hope you are doing better everyday. I look to see if you have posted and how you are going everytime.

OK, gotta go sorry. I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend.

I almost forgot, I did get my workouts in. Yesterday I tried Amy Bento's Kickbox extreme. Either I'm too used to Cathe, or she's no Cathe because I frequently felt like I had two left feet. I didn't quite enjoy it enough, so back to Netflix it goes. Today was BM2 scrambled eggs and I enjoyed it (never done this premix before).

OK be back tomorrow for personals.

Evening Girls,

Today's wo was a sluggish KPC. Went to bed late (2AM) and got up at 6AM. Also, have a cold or allergies. Can't tell which right now. Hope it goes away soon.

Amelia - I have YogaFit: PilatesFit II: Total Core Control and YogaFit: Pure Power. I really enjoyed Pure Power. Good luck with your new diet plan. Hopefully your new scale will help as well.

Belinda - I read your about your herniated discs on fb. What a rough year this has been for you. Hopefully, surgery won't be required. Fingers crossed!

Lori - Would love to hear your recipe for protein bars. I'm starting to get bored with my snacks now. I'm taking a break from STS. Finished Meso 2 last week and got on the scale yesterday thinking I lost weight. Well, nope, I was up .6 lbs so I need to get back to what has worked in the past. Maybe I will start M3 in November. I definitely want to try out the squat rack wos.

Deb - How was shopping with your MIL?

Helene - Wow, you guys are definitely making the most of this weekend! Glad the little ones enjoyed the performance, too. Enjoy BM2 tomorrow.
