Good Morning ladies!!!

Today is a rest day/cheat meal and boy iam i looking forward to it! Oh,and iam down another 1.7lbs since last saturdays WI which is cool! But i think im down more than that because when i weighed wednesday i was 4.5lbs:eek: but i will take the 1.7

Trisih-if your looking for a cardio to get you HR up then rhtymic step will definately do that! I just noticed on on your list of dvd's that you didn't have imax2/cardio and weights.....:eek:. Those are Cathe's must haves!!!!! Or do you have them and i just didn't see them,LOL:confused:

Chica-lol at your cookie incident! I too cant resist a good ol' choclate chip cookie! Man,im so having one today

Good Morning everyone!

Today is also a rest day as well. It is going to be a long busy weekend at work, and I figured I will take 2 days off and start fresh Monday with Cathe's July '08 rotation...which i'm looking forward to! But for now...it will be yoga in the evening....

Rhythmic Step is by far my favorite step workout....I love the music in the first step combo, I wish it could last the entire workout! BBL...hope everyone has a great saturday!

Hey Girls!

Just a quick check in. Im at my brothers house and we are just getting ready to head out for the day.
Im going to sign up for the race this afternoon, I will let you know how that goes.
Obviously today is a rest day and yesterdays run was about 50 mins or so.

I hope you all had a great Saturday! Amelia, Iris and Lori I hope you enjoyed your rest days...I'm two days away from mine:D Belinda, I hope IM2 went well for you today and you burned off all that junk!

This morning I did 4DS HIS/LIS Upper Body premix. It went pretty well, but I skipped the last round for bi/tri because my DDs woke up a little early.

Amelia - I think I might give RS or IM2 a try. I could use another good step routine. Do they have many blasts? I have CW on DVR from FitTv. At some point I'd like to buy that as well. The FitTv version of workouts just aren't good enogh since I've gotten addicted to premixes!

Btw, can anyone recommend a reliable digital scale? I bought one that is totally useless. I could step on and off of it 5 times and each time I get a different reading. I have resisted buying another one because I really
don't want something that will not provide an accurate reading....Now I only weigh myself once a year at my gyn appt. I think it's time I get a scale of my own! Any recommendations would be appreciated.
