Good Morning!

Woo Hoo!!! I get to go to work today:) Yippee!!!!!!:):) The sad thing is...Im serious! I had one helleva day yesterday. He was sooo bad! He screamed for 75% of the day. I thought that maybe he was coming down with something but he slept right through the night. DH even had the tylenol and juice ready to give him! LOL He was restless when he went to sleep as well so thats why we got the tylenol ready. Ya never know when their gums are bothering them. All he as left to cut are his molars and Im sure thats not pleasant.

So get this one; yesterday morning I was sorting through some pics, while DS was in the laundry room, door closed, playing with a toy that lights up. From my laundry room, you go into my bathroom and this is where he had gone and I didn't know it. I went into the laundry room and he wasn't there, went to go into the bathroom and he had the door locked. I unlocked the door and when I went in he had everything hauled out of the closet and the tolit was clogged. I was like....."what is down the tolit??"" Of course he didn't answer me! Then when I looked, he didn't have any pjs bottoms on!!! He flushed his pants down the tolit!!!:mad: Now....who in their right minds...would flush PANTS down the tolit!? The tolit is working now but its only a matter of time before something goes haywire.

Last night we went out of out Anniversary supper, which was nice. I didn't over eat so when I went to bed I felt fine. We went to DH's store to look around after and the staff is getting ready for a yard sale and they had some nice workout clothes marked down to $20 so of course I grabbed a couple more workout tops!

Cookie** DS is 2 1/2 and I gave up potty training yesterday. He isn't talking like he should be. Everyday he is saying something new but he isn't talking in sentences. So how are you suppose to train someone that doesn't say " i need to pee" I have been at it for 4 weeks now and some days were better then others and yesterday (along with everything else) was a complete write off. I don't think he is ready just yet. He won't be 3 until Jan so maybe I will try again in Dec month or wait until after his b-day.

Iris** Woo hoo on the DOMS! Im gonna have some serious DOMS after this race b/c I haven't worked my legs in a while b/c of the race:) And those hills are brutal! Last year I could barely walk for 3 days!

Ameila** I can't push myself outdoors like I can on the TM. I guess with the TM you set your settings and you stay there until you lower them. I think the body naturally slows down outside. I had a good pace going outside yesterday even with all those hills! I was happy when i got home.

Helene** So you had a good vaca? Did Mickey say that he missed me?? hehe!

Alright I should get ready to workout! CC #8 today (hills...hills..and more hill!)

Lori:)

Morning

Im taking a rest day today or a walk on the TM later on this evening. My sister called last night, asking for a ride to her doc's office. Her car broke down with her yesterday morning so thats my plan for today.

Lori-LOL and your son's pj flush...high fives on the marked down workout tops.

ok. Talk to you guys later:)

Good morning girls,

I'm going to take a spin class today and off to work.

Lori - I cracked up with pj story. I guess DS really doesn't want to be trained:D . . . oh the stories you'll have to tell his girlfriends someday! Maybe you should take overtime on tonight:D

Amelia - Have fun on your rest day:) and with your sister.

Cookie - When you record your food the day before do you stick to it?

Hi to everyone who follows . . . have a great day:)

Oh you guys wouldn't beleive it...when DS woke up he was a pure angel! How the *ell did that happen when I have to go to work? He was in a good mood, just playing...I guess he was tired yesterday. He was a little clingy when I dropped him off at the sitters but when I left he was o.k.

I did CC#8 as planned, boy that one is tough. Then again, its all in how you set your settings. I thought I was gonna throw up atleast 3x's! Then I did ME abs. So far today I have had a protein bar and a bagel:) I figure if I keep eating every 2 hrs I shouldn't be that hungry!

Ameila** Enjoy your day with your sis! Oh and enjoy your rest day as well. I wore one of my new tops today. Its green and the straps are black. When I got up from doing the ab work, there was black marks on the towel:confused: I guess that top will have to be washed with the blacks!!!

Deb** Oh, I will have tons of stuff to tell both of my inlaws re:the kids. We still have glamour shots that DD decided to take of herself when she was younger. It was hiliarious! We plan on showing those at her wedding someday!

I will bbl!
Lori:)

Happy Hump Day it is!!!!!

Lori: Of course I can believe it! DD is almost the same age (will be 3 at the end of February). But she is mostly good I have to admit. I almost gave up on potty training her but the ladies at the daycare told me we needed to keep going. So here I am. She is mostly clean but still has accidents and we have to be the ones to keep taking her otherwise she won't ask all the time. My coworker just told me his DD (4 years old) swallowed a quarter. They've been monitoring poop for a week and it's still stuck before her lower intestine (x-ray). So I can for sure believe pant down the toilet from a 2 year old! I wanted to ask you, have you been doing more insanity workouts? I'm curious about those still. People are posting great results. Oh yeah, Mickey didn't ask about you sorry ..... but Goofy did

Amelia: I want to try your run/walk from yesterday. It sounds like the kind of speeds I would need to push myself a bit. I hope to go to the gym sometime this week when I can get rid of this cough. Hope you had a good day without too much running around.

Deb: Have fun at the spin class. FL is so great. I was sick and didn't care (so if you get sick, take some meds and go out, not saying that you will of course :D). It seems I actually felt better when we were moving around. We had beautiful weather too. Spent tons of time at the pool. It was awesome. Return to reality is painful......

Cookie: I agree. I do much better when I put my food in before I eat (which I don't do enough). Somehow it actually forces me to stick to what I planned on eating. Especially in the evening. I usually do it right before I eat not in the morning or the day before. How do you do it?

Iris: How is your mom doing? I've been gone for a while but I hope she is doing well. I saw you got an iphone. Nice, always wanted one of those. Maybe someday when I don't have to pay for daycare anymore  You'll be in Daytona soon. I hope you will have the same weather I did. It was simply delicious!

Hi to everybody else. Yes the group does seem to have gotten small.

Wish I were still with Mickey. Now all I got is this cold and work. I really want to get a workout in but I am so under the weather that I am not sure what I can do or try to do. I might try 4DS LIS step only. That might be OK.
And I need to start up meso 2 but might wait a few more days on that.

OK, back to work it is!

I'm so excited I got home earlier than usual - so I just had to see what everyone was up to!
Lori, lol at your son. He's got the right idea tho- something from the bottom part goes down the toilet. I tell you, my boys have given me so many headaches! At least they are cute at 2-1/1. That's strange about the tops leaving black marks - guess that's why they were on sale. Glad you enjoyed you anniversary dinner.
Amelia, what a wonderful sister you are! Did you get a walk in? How is your sister doing BTW?
Deb, believe it or not, recording it in advance works well for me, since I tend to be a goal-orientated, list-making person! Plus the erasures and/or scratch outs would make the page look messy, and that's a big detractor for me. Too bad having a messy house doesn't bother me! Is your DH feeling better?
Iris, what did the dr say about your mom? Someone told me rain on Friday. Is that what you've heard? How far do you run?
Helene, glad the vacation was fun, even being under the weather. Flying is hard with a cold. Can't believe I never thought to record food in advance. It seems to be helping me.
Trish and Belinda, thinking of both of you and hope all is well.
'k gotta go do dinner.
