Commit to get fit and lean for September 5, 2009

Hi and good morning,

I will take an easy walk with DH, I just can't sit on my behind all day long. It hurts just sitting. Nothing to crazy, just an easy walk!

Good Morning!

Im up to get my workout done! I have disc 32 and a run on my mind. I am going to start with weights so I have some extra time waking up:D I have some nice DOMS going on in my chest from yesterdays workout. Its actually 6:42 and I may be able to start my workout earlier then planned. I set my alarm for 6, weights at 7, cardio and 8 and get ready for work by 9. But I think I have done everything I need to do so I will probably get a head start on that workout.

Belinda** I still can't believe this is happening to you! My friend as some kind of weird back issue going on as well. She hasn't been to the Dr yet b/c she was hoping it would clear up on its own. If anything she needs what you got and thats some muscle relaxers. The girl I run with also had some back issues this week as well!! Geez...whats wrong with everyone? hehe!

I will bb after I settle in to work!

Today is weights..im leaning towards doing PH, i miss Cathe:eek:

Im no longer doing P90x...the workouts are great,Tony seems to be a great, motivating coach but i just can't deal with staying on a rotation right now...why torture myself:eek: DH is going through different shifts at his job and its been difficult for us to adjust too . Pretty soon he will be working the night shift.BTW-He is now an employee instead of a temp there:eek:, that means insurance and more $;)yay!

Hi Girls!

Workout done for the day! I soooo did not want to get on that TM..not sure what was up with that? Anyway, of course I made myself;) I did disc 33 (thought it was 32) and CC#7, did 6.5 miles in 60 mins. My knees weren't bothering me at all. I think they were kinda aching when I got up...just something that happens when you wake up or have been sitting for a long time. I also did ME abs.

Ameila** Thats great news about your DH! Are you still planning on looking for work this Fall? Are both of your kids in school or just DD? I didn't follow through with the P90X rotation either. It wasn't the time, it was the fact that I was never sore. I am having DOMS with STS but not like I thought I would. If I pulled out PH or ME, I would be a hurting unit tomorrow.

Good morning girls,

Today I'm going to do STS squat rack legs. Last night's dinner was really good it was nice to sit down with DH & DS's which seems rare now that they are in college. We ate outside too and I ate pretty good shared pizza & salad and had a piece of fish.

Belinda - The walk should keep your mind off of the pain. When I had my lower back pain I never found out what caused it but resting for a week helped heal it. It's so frustrating to be injured:(

Lori - Wow, I would have had to jump back in bed after your workout:eek: Hopefully work will be easy today for you.

Amelia - I'm so happy to hear DH is perm. must relieve some stress for you. Your hike yesterday was awesome, must have been a lot of fun. I miss hiking.

Evening Ladies,

Well, I've put STS aside for now. I made great strength gains, but not much with inches and fat loss. My eating certainly didn't help, oh well. Maybe I'll try Meso 3 in a month or two. I started FF's June 09 rotation this morning.....Muscle Max w/abs. Felt sooooo good to do some old Cathe. So, after DDs' swim classes, stopped by TJ Max and guess what I found....a whole bunch of Cathe gear! For cheap, too! I bought a 2 lb. fitness ball (TJM price was $3.99, Cathe.com price $10.99) and 8 lb. fitness ball (TJM price was $9.99, Cathe.com price $21.99). Also, bought a 6 lb. fitness ball from another manafacturer. I did go a little crazy on the balls, but the prices were so good! And I really needed them for the YogaFit workouts.

Belinda - What's going on with your back? I need to catch up on posts from the last two days. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Lori - That was some wo you did today. Any plans for the weekend?

Amelia - ^5 on DH's position change. Are you still considering working there part-time? Btw, love the dancing banana;)

Hi girls,

I ended up doing shoulders, bi's & tri's Disc 27? Will do legs tomorrow.

Trish - It's funny I decided to measure today and up a few inches on my lower body. I sort of thought that was the case . . . hopefully measuring will help me eat clean.

Cookie - Wondering which day is the wedding . . . have fun.

Iris - Is DH going with you to Fl?

Helene - Did you go to the water park this weekend?
