Belinda: You are getting some incredible calorie burns from the TC. So I think a day here and there with lower numbers isn't as bad. But I agree, it is frustrating, my heart rate just doesn't go up as much on weight days, especially with small arm muscle groups. How much longer is DD with you? I really like STS by the way, especially Meso 2. I really do feel like I am pushing myself and that is a feeling that I like.

Of course, it has lot to do with me not getting my eating under control. But I am working out good again so that makes me feel better. I'm thinking of getting myself a mini-goal November weight-loss ticker to go along with yours
Lori: The verdict is still out on Insanity. I am almost thinking the short workouts don't work you for long enough. The stretching after the warm up is just so loooong. But I am going to keep going for a bit, if only for the simple fact that I need shorter workouts for a bit and that I want to lessen the number of step workouts I do for my knee and my calf. The calory burn from the first two I did was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. Anyways, I think they are a nice change though. We'll see how I do but my weight went up like 5lbs this past week.

I know with Meso 2 I could also be retaining water. We'll see, but it will be hard to do just these workouts for two months. I'll need to put in some of my fun Cathe tapes I'm sure. I'll try to stick to it for a month, but I might include some of the longer insanity workouts from month two a bit earlier. Nice long run on Saturday FYI!
Debbie: I love Meso 2. Wish I could have been doing my workout on the beach though. I do get my better workouts in on the weekends when I have more time. I take my rest day or days if needed during the week so I don't get too tired for work and all the craziness that happens during the week.

Not much on the table for me today. I am going to follow the Insanity schedule and just do the cardio recovery disc. Works out good for me since I did push hard this weekend.
Everybody have a great week and I hope we can all stay away from the candy. I know I mean it!
