Good morning,

I forgot to post my workout yesterday. I did SM with the bands and abs from SF.


I was cleaning my house yesterday, still have to finsih up today. My DD is coming on Sunday. I am so happy to see her! She is taking it hard.

I feel a little better with my sinus/ear infection Not sure what I will do today. I am still depating!

Morning girls

I don't want to be up this early but my eyes popped open at 6am.

Today is either a rest day or a fullbody...im leaning toward a rest day My kids are spending the night with there mawmaw so it will be nice and quiet around here tonight I do plan on going shopping for my DS, his little chunky butt can't fit into anything from last year and he needs jeans/long sleeve shirts. He's not really fat...just a big,tall,broad boy LOL. He's already in a size 6 and he's 4 DD is the complete opposite...she is wearing her clothes from last year and some of those clothes are still new with tags...

Belinda-Glad to hear your sinuses are letting up! Nice job on your workout yesterday! So sorry your dd is having a hard time right now...so i guess she's not getting back together with her BF? ugh,breakups are so hard....

Hey Girls!

Quiet here today Just a quick checkin for me. I have made it safely into the city, despite the pile of snow that was dumped on us over night. We are heading out now to get my running package, do alittle bit of shopping then we are meeting friends for dinner.

Pray for me tonight girls! This is one tough run! There was a reason why I said I was never doing it again! LOL

I was cleaning the rest of my house today, got so tired. Took a nap around 5.30 pm woke up around an 1 1/2 hour later. No it's to late for me to workout. I decited to take a brake until Monday, hopefully my sinus/ear infection is cleared up by them. And I can start fresh.
