Today I have cardio on tap!

Good Morning!

I am up early to get my workout done before we hit the road for the wedding. The wedding is early, 1 o'clock:eek: Then we have another drive after that to get to the reception and the hotel room. I may take a nap when I reach that destination....thats if people haven't started drinking already and with the crowd thats going.....Im sure they are already drinking! LOL:eek:

I wanna read through yesterdays thread but I don't have time and this computer I am using is super duper slow! Driving me a little actually.

Yesterdays workout was a 8 mile run on the TM and today I think I am going to do another run with the LB work of ME worked in there. That should make a good circuit workout cause the ME always keeps my HR up!

Morning Lori and Belinda...you guys have a great workout!

Im not sure what im doing today? The rotation calls for a cardio/off day. TOM finally started for me and thankgoodness, i had another bad day yesterday. :( It just seemed that nothing went right...i had a couple of crying episodes:eek: But i managed to stay on my calorie program. (even though i went to the kids pumpkin pals more than once to grab a bit, but would end up putting them back)

Lori: Well, you might not see this, but have tons of fun. WTG on the 8mile run and weights yesterday. Any more thought about becoming a personal trainer?

Hi girls,

No workout for me today, I got distracted! Started cleaning 3 bathrooms (why do I have so many? Cleaned out the medicine cabinet), than I started cleaning all 4 bedrooms (changed the sheets), cleaned the dining room and living room, laundry room, the kitchen and my workout room (wiped everything down). Now I am too excused, after 5 hours cleaning. I guess, I will do my cardio workout tomorrow. I have no more energy left. I will do my core/back exercises. I think I over did it today, my back is on fire.

Lori, have fun! WTG, on your 8 miler.

Amelia, enjoy your workout. (((HUGS)) hope your day is getting better.

Helene, have fun with LM! I will report a nice cal. burn tomorrow.

BTW, the scale is finaally going down again!

Today I'm going to do Jari Love Get ripped DVD. I haven't done this one in a long time. I have some errands to run this morning, but I refuse to put make-up on. I'm sure I will scare a few people:eek:

Belinda - Boy sounds like you did get a workout in today:) If your like us you probably don't even use 1/2 the rooms yet they need to be cleaned:confused:

Lori - Looks like your going to have a long day ahead of you:) Have a good time and hope you can squeeze in a nap.

Amelia - Crazy hormones:( Kudos for the will power with the candy:) It should get better today will cross my fingers for you.

Helene - I hope your window didn't close:) enjoy Lowmax!

Belinda: Wow, you should have worn your HRM while cleaning, and report the numbers ;) I need to clean my house too..... I hate doing that......

Deb: Have fun with the Jari Love tape. I haven't done one for a while either, but then again, I am doing STS so that's plenty. I only add an extra leg workout during the week.

So did LM for 550 and STS Disc 14 legs for 350. That rounds out to 900 calories! :eek: Now that makes up a bit for the plate of pasta with sausage and peppers I had last night at the pasta factory. Oh, I had forgotten to mention that didn't I :D? No wonder the weight isn't coming off, but at least I am getting more fit and LM did seem way easier this morning. Probably due to all the leg workouts from STS. That's :cool:!

Have a great day everybody. We're going for swim lesson and then a party for DH's co-worker. Another busy day.
