So glad you posted that reciepe. It makes my life so much easier and it's yummy to boot. And I thought I was getting bored with chicken!
Lori: LOL about DS, I think. Though that was probably not so great to see him get hurt like that. By the way, you should see my house. I have bubble wrap around the kitchen counter corners and other places. My mom said it looked awful, and two minutes later, DS came tearing round the corner and bumped his head. It didn't hurt him too bad because of the bubble wrap. She thought it was great after that.

Nice workout yesterday. I am thinking of doing MIC again this week. It was such a sweat fest last time! Uh oh, can't talk about your dream he? Was it about Belinda's PT guy?
Cookie: That is the longest roof repair I have ever heard of. That must not be fun indeed. I hope you can get your workouts in. They seem to really help with the stress. Make sure they don't forget the insulation and put good one in, winter is just around the corner

Deb: How was kickboxing? I hope you enjoyed it. It sounds like you go to the gym a lot for your workouts. I keep wanting to go but can't seem to organize my schedule for it.
Workout queen: I hope you join us. I used to lurk and finally joined and soooo glad I did. It is fun and motivating. I also have the same amount of weight to lose. I am starting with a mini challenge like Amelia (she a great inspiration) has been doing because it is such a great idea. I can focus on loosing 5 lbs first. I have a polar HR monitor and it works great. It's great also to have made new friends with the same workout interests. Like you and Belinda, I don't know any body else interested in these things like me.

OK, yesterday was a rest day. Nothing special to report. I'm off to the basement before it's too late. I'm going for Step Blast and tonight I have STS disc 13 again (chest, shoulder, tris).
