Good morning ladies,

Today I will do a full body workout! I will not do a short FB workout today.

I will be back to report my workout!

Today is 4ds Bootcamp + bi & tri's...my kids are home so i will have to get them busy doing something:confused: ive got doms in my chest&back from yesterday...nice:)

Belinda-How is the physical therapy coming along? I bet those back/core exercises are really helping your recovery! Your workouts are so impressive this week,you go girl!

I just purchased tickets to New Moon for tomorrow night....:eek:. Im SO EXCITED. Were going out to dinner first,somewhere. ive been waiting on this movie for over a year now....

Amelia, enjoy the movie tonight. Thought of you with it yesterday when they were discussing reviews on the radio yesterday. I've been looking/reading gardening books lately. Am trying to plan out what to do - more accurately what I want my DH to do! Gardening really bothers my mold allergies. Oh, and I read cookbooks all the time. Today we're going to B&N so I may pick up a book or two there or at the library. I'm taking your recommendations with me.
Lori, out partying last night? You have such a busy life. Where are you running today?
Iris, I get those same feelings. A couple of weeks ago as a matter of fact. For me taking a couple of days to do lighter or rest (gasp!!) then I get back ok. I hate, hate, hate when my wo routine gets put off and feel like I have to make up the ones didn't get to. Finally trying to learn to be less hard on myself. There is a Carm who is a sp ed teacher at ASH, wonder if it is her.
Helene, you're beginning to sound like Lori with the double wo. Doing Scrambled Eggs this morning based on your recom. Thanks for it.

Thinking about working out, sometimes I get so aggravated with the scale, but I saw an article last week that said believing in one is so 1980's. So I'm trying to put the scale on par with astrology in my mind - I read them but don't have any faith in either.
Okay off to sweat, shower, and go get hair colored. Have to bring DD to mall to meet her "friend" - first time she and a guy are going to hang out at the mall. My DH said shouldn't couldn't do it today cause today we have appts to visit convents, but she's not falling for it.

Good Morning Everyone!

I think I caught up on my sleep last night. I went to bed around 11:30 and didn't get up until 8:30! One advantage of DS not going to bed early. I went to the mall with DD and when I came home, DS was still awake. DH said it was b/c he was being so good, but I secretly think that he didn't want to put him to bed.

So he let me get a 7.5 mile run in yesterday:) Can you believe that? I did jump off a couple of times to poke breakfast in his mouth or help him with something but that was it. The rest of the time he was perfect. I thought about doing the same now but I don't think I have the energy just yet. I was hoping to get outside for a long run today but its pouring out!

Belinda** Good job with your workout. Its hard to get going when we aren't motivated. The hardest part is starting, once thats happened we are usually good to go!

Ameila** I have no clue about this new moon bit. My niece text me last night and she was in the line up for tickets...movie wasn't starting until 3 hours later! I told her she was gonna have flat butt from sitting outside, then sitting during the movie! LOL I know it has something to do with twiilight...but I didn't watch that either!:eek:

Cookie** Nope...no partying for me last night. Im not a big partier...or drinker I should say. I can't do it anymore. Im not use to drinking anymore, 2 drinks and Im good to go! Im a cheap date!:confused: We have a hockey game to watch tonight and after that everyone is coming back here...so there may be some partying going on tonight! Ugh...I can't handle being hungover OR tired tomorrow! I ran into a girl last nigh at the mall, she is coming here tonight and she was out getting a new shirt to wear out~! LOL She doesn't get out much! hehe~

Iris** Are you having a better day today? Sorry you weren't feeling your best yesterday!

Deb** 3 monthes doing any rotation is a looong time! I can barely handle a month. Good luck trying to do a 3 m rotation in 1 m! LOL

Not eating at night is still going well. Last night I did have some peanut butter Oh Henry bites:p Today the scale was 121.9. Thats not a number I get to see very often. I didn't really want to lose weight by not eating at night so I guess if I continue to do so, I will have to add in a night of something a couple times a week or just eat more during the day.But I eat lots in the day and I don't tell myself I can't have anything.Yesterday before dinner I had a slice of homemade white bread with caramel spread!:) I just wanted to drop the bad habit b/c Im not hungry when I am picking and its never healthy food. When I was down to 117 my periods were all over the place so I know I don't have far to go before my body will get all screwed up. The other thing is I can notice it in my work pants. My a$$ is the first thing to go....:( Ugh! Why can't we spot reduce!???? Ick!

Good morning,

Belinda: Nice getting your workouts in even when lacking motivation! Awesome. I am happy with STS. I was never much into weights before, but now I actually look forward to it. My weights are still low compared to you. But my biceps are screaming at me today. I used a 33lb BB for bicep curls but then instead of 15 for the alternating curls I had to drop down to 12lbs.

Iris: Well, I really wanted to work out last night but I just couldn't make myself. It was 9:30 pm and I said enough is enough, so it was a rest day. That's OK, I didn't have one all week, though I only did STS on Thursday. I hope you are feeling better today. Are you working this weekend?

Amelia: Great job with HIS. The workouts always take me a few times to get right, but there are a couple of moves that I just never get in some tapes. Oh well, so it goes. Don't know anything about Newmoon either but enjoy!

Cookie: LOL, I do the double workouts because I am one of those cardio people and I just feel weird just doing weights. So in the past I would not do them much. But STS is a great rotation. I can actually keep to it because it's not everyday and I can keep doing what I want for workouts in between. And I am feeling things tightening so to speak LOL so I'm happy with that too. Enjoy scrambled eggs.

Lori: Nice run yesterday! And nice job on the scale, though even in my most ambitious day would I ever dream of reaching that number. LOL at the spot reducing. I'd like to throw in the not reduce certain parts too. I always need new bras when I am loosing weight.....

had a great night of rest last night. I am hoping to get a nice workout in today. Not sure which one yet and DH is asleep on the couch already. DD got him up at 5:eek:. So I'll let him sleep a little bit more and then ask him to watch the kids so I can head down to the basement!

Imax Extreme done. I had no energy it was really tough. I can't figure out why either: good night sleep, salad and a bit of pasta for dinner last night and some chocolate, oatmeal this morning an hour before and no workout yesterday. I should have been super energized. But no :( Anyways, burned 699 which is good though. Too bad I didn't get that one extra calorie :p

Off to the pool for swim lessons with the kids. I'm eyeing the jacuzzi :eek:!
 
Hey girls,finished my workout ealier and my energy was gone. Its been happening alot lately:( but luckly i always push through the workout and get it done. I definitely had more energy when i was eating more...but i guess eating less and a loss of energy go hand in hand...i will eat more when i get to my goal.:)

Helened-Great workout & enjoy the jacuzzi. Your energy was lackingtoday too..not sure whats going on? i could barely get through some of those drills on BC,ugh...

Lori-Good job with the not eating at night and WTG on your run! Enjoy your run today.

Cookie-Ive read a couple of New Moon reviews on the internet and there not very good:confused:I was shocked. Everyone who has seen it,loves it. I can't wait to see it. I hope your able to pick up some really good cookbooks at the library..maybe some my suggestions will be there as well!

Hi Girls!

I am just waiting to head to the hockey game. I was going to try and have DS in bed and all that stuff....but I will let the sitter put him to bed. Im looking forward to leaving in 30 mins! LOL

Todays workout was a 15.5 km run outside and it was WINDY! I should have went earlier b/c it wasn't has windy then. I burned over 900 cals on my run and when I got home I did PH.

Helene** I feel like that sometimes as well. I hate pushing through a workout though. I would much rather enjoy what I am doing. You may laugh at me but sometimes I think it helps when I smile:D Thats right...try it the next time you feel like that...just smile and you will find a little energy somewhere.

Ameila** Good job with your workout. Tomorrow is date night, isn't it?
