Belinda: Nice getting your workouts in even when lacking motivation! Awesome. I am happy with STS. I was never much into weights before, but now I actually look forward to it. My weights are still low compared to you. But my biceps are screaming at me today. I used a 33lb BB for bicep curls but then instead of 15 for the alternating curls I had to drop down to 12lbs.
Iris: Well, I really wanted to work out last night but I just couldn't make myself. It was 9:30 pm and I said enough is enough, so it was a rest day. That's OK, I didn't have one all week, though I only did STS on Thursday. I hope you are feeling better today. Are you working this weekend?
Amelia: Great job with HIS. The workouts always take me a few times to get right, but there are a couple of moves that I just never get in some tapes. Oh well, so it goes. Don't know anything about Newmoon either but enjoy!
Cookie: LOL, I do the double workouts because I am one of those cardio people and I just feel weird just doing weights. So in the past I would not do them much. But STS is a great rotation. I can actually keep to it because it's not everyday and I can keep doing what I want for workouts in between. And I am feeling things tightening so to speak LOL so I'm happy with that too. Enjoy scrambled eggs.
Lori: Nice run yesterday! And nice job on the scale, though even in my most ambitious day would I ever dream of reaching that number. LOL at the spot reducing. I'd like to throw in the not reduce certain parts too. I always need new bras when I am loosing weight.....
had a great night of rest last night. I am hoping to get a nice workout in today. Not sure which one yet and DH is asleep on the couch already. DD got him up at 5

. So I'll let him sleep a little bit more and then ask him to watch the kids so I can head down to the basement!
