Belinda: Nice to see you starting our threads again. I am happy to hear that you had a busy weekend with your DD. Nice total body workout today. I still can't burn many cals either when I lift weights, except maybe on leg days, probably because they are larger muscle groups. Was DD ready to go back?
Iris: Morning. I haven't done much yoga lately (actually none).

I really need to get back to it because my lower back is starting to bother me once in a while. I hope the visit to the Dr with your mom went well. I assume that you are all better and fit for company again? LOL about leaving some of your costume behind. ^5 on the preorder. I'm in too. AND I CAN'T WAIT

Hi to Trish, Cookie and anyone else I missed. Cookie, hope you are not too stressed.
Not much to report for me. I did STS this morning (DIsc 15 Meso 2 back and biceps). And although I did go to all the way out I only burned 155 cals.

So now I am feeling like I need to get some cardio out this evening. Why do these numbers have so much effect on us?! I feel a MIC coming on tomorrow morning maybe to make up for it! Glad we had the time change. I had no problem getting up this morning.
