Hi and good morning,

It's raining outside, I am hoping it will stop this afternoon. If not DH and I will go to the gym, so I get my walk in.:p Believe it or not I have DOMS in my triceps. I used the green bands yesterday, I found I very good tricep workout with bands on line yesterday. I liked it a lot!

So today I will do a walk on the TM and work my back with the tubing/green band!

I am done with my back workout!:D I used the new Cathe green band :D

back pull downs 3x 15
rows 3x 15
high rows 3x 15
reverse flies 3x 14
T -Pull with bands 36 reps
Y's with bands 36 reps

I also did abs from Total Muscle Sculping!

I still have to go do my walk later!:eek: My triceps are talking to me, that was one great band workout yesterday!

Who orderd the tower?What does it do besides up ups? I can do pull ups on my weight bench. It doesn’t hold any of my barbells? How can I justify that? My DH thinks I am nuts for wanting it! I do have the money, but he thinks I am wasting my money! DO I ever gonna do a full pull up?

Today will be 40mins on the TM then 4DS legs...love that one,short but gets the job done!;)

Belinda-Greek food sounds good this weekend! Im going to try and talk my DH into going to a new chinese resturant that opened about three weeks ago...i haven't had chinese food in so long. The cals in it are so high:confused: but saturday is my cheat meal day so i can't be guilty,lol.

Cookie-Great job with your 4DS workout yesterday! i felt great after my workout yesterday, a little less blah,lol!

Good Morning!

How is everyone? I didn't get to check in again yesterday. I don't know how my life got so busy all of a sudden;) After dinner DS wanted me to go to his store with him. He was a complete disaster there b/c they are trying to change the store around...so you can only imagine. Then I started looking through the workout clothes and to my dismay there was stuff hanging everywhere....so I started hanging it up right. Thats my area!:D Im thinking...how can we let such beautiful clothes hang like this?????

I got an hour long run in yesterday morning and we had a great time swimming. He wasn't to sure about the water, only b/c I didn't give him time to get use to it. I just kinda walked on in!:rolleyes: But that is the best way to adjust and it wasn't really that cold!

I really need to do the first disc in STS again today. I was suppose to do it on Mon and I still haven't found the time. I have a dental cleaning at 10:45 today and a doc apt at 2! Plus I am taking care of my SIL's girls all day. I can get my weight workout in but my run may have to wait until tonight sometime.

Belinda** I haven't spent much time on the site lately so I have no idea what you are talking about:) Sounds interesting though. I love band work!

Ameila** I usually don't find my coffee grinds until my coffee is all gone! It is very irritating! Enjoy your workout today!

Trish** DS loves the water. I put his floats on and he just floats around the pool. Most of the time we were a few feet a part. I don't think it would take him long to have the hang of it.

Cookie** I hate it when the internet doesn't work for no good reason!

Im hoping to bbl but you know what thats like!

Good morning girls,

I'm taking a pilates class at the gym today. I also have a couple of hours work in stores and some computer work:( I have off tomorrow:)

Belinda - Way to turn lemons into lemonaide:) with w/o's. If you get the pull up tower won't it be a pain to get back to the states? Actually will you be going back to Texas?

Amelia - I hope your blahs went away. Sounds like a great workout!

Lori - Do you pick the clothes for your DH's store? Looks like you have another busy day today, enjoy your workout and time with your SIL's girls.

Trish - We're getting too much rain, ugh looking for some sunshine. Great job getting in a long run.

Cookie - What will you do when your done with STS? You will probably be the 1st to finish it in our group:)
 
Workout done as planned! My legs were so tight after the weight work, i could hardly finish my tm workout, i ended up powerwalking for most of it at an incline.

I think i hurt my knee...i was walking and tripped on a rug and my knee was throbbing for about 5mins. It hurt like hell:confused: i hope nothing serious comes out of it!:(

Lori-You a busy bee lately girlfriend!! Enjoy your weight work later...if you get time too!

Debbie-have a great pilates class,i bet your looking forward to you day off tommorrow!

Belinda-Did you order the tower?

Hi girls,

I went to the gym with DH, I did CCV2 without the challenge! I walked it with some hills, had a great 30 min. workout (2 mile). I had a hard time not to run!

Amelia** I can’t wait to eat Greek food this weekend! I will eat it too! LOL! I watch my cal. all week long at least one day a week I will eat what I want. Great job on your workout!

Cookie** WTG on 4DS yesterday! I miss my weight workouts!

Lori** as always nice job on your run! Since I can’t do any high impact workouts (doctors orders) I’m doing tubing/band workouts! I found a few great exercises with the tubing/band!

Trish** what are your plans for today?

Debbie** the military will sent/pack all my belongings! That isn’t the problem! I do want a TM on of those days, maybe I will save the money? LOL!

Hi Ladies,

Great news....I went to PT today and we did weight work for my shoulder!!!! (I'm doing the happy dance!!) Surprisingly, he didn't start me off with any easy weights either. There was another lady with a similar shoulder injury and her weights were between 2-5 lbs for all the exercises. Mine were 5-10 lbs :confused:!! The therapist was like, you can handle it. I was like, yeah, un huh, I'm a catheite...hear me ROAR:eek:!! LOL! So, I did front and side lateral raises with the 5's, overhead press with the 10's and more band work for the rotator cuff. When I get home tonight I will repeat for my right shoulder to balance out. He said pretty soon I should be able to do push ups again.

Belinda - I'm so proud of you!! You are quite the role model. With my injury I felt depressed and barely did any workouts...I was just too PISSED! But, you are jumping right back in...WTG!!

Amelia - Great job on your wo today! If that knee is still giving you trouble, put some ice on it. There may be some inflammation and just icing it does wonders. Also, Alleve is good for me, too.

Lori - Great job on your run yesterday. It's hard to get back in the swing of things when your schedule is interrupted even by a vacation. Hope you get your weight work in today.

Deb - You took the words right out of my mouth...when is this rain going to end??? Hope pilates was fun today.

Gotta run catch my train :)
 
Hey Girls! Look at me...checking in again:p

I did have another busy day today. Then DH asked me to go cleaning again tonight! I wasn't totally impressed b/c after taking care of kids all day, I needed some "me" time. I wanted to get a workout in or nap...one of the two!:D Of course you guys know which one I picked. When DH came home from work, I went for a run....all by myself...no kids...no ipod and no running partner. It was quit nice actually. Helped me relax (some what) after a hectic day. I ended up doing last yrs route...minus the stroller. So I did 10 miles...77 mins or something like that.

I have come to the conclusion that I won't be starting STS until next week. I didn't get to do it today and if i start tomorrow then that means I will have to do 3 weight workouts in a row:confused: So I will start on Sunday!

Belinda** Good job with CC! It is hard not to run, especially when you feel like you are up to it but someone is telling you that you aren't allowed!

Trish** Thats awesome news about your shoulder! I hate it when people think that I am a whimp b/c I am a women! We aren't whimps!!!!:eek:

Deb** Did you make it to your pilates class? I use to go to yoga a few yrs ago. I really enjoyed it when I went but I had a hard time forcing myself to go. It was cutting into my running time.
