Morning,

I am done with 4 DS Biceps & Triceps! I burned 445 cal. Not bad! I am super sore this week.

I have a busy day today, I will be back tonight!

Today is 4DS Back and Biceps then some cardio, I just purchased BM2-i really missed doing this one:D

I was disgusted and feeling sorry for myself yesterday...:rolleyes:. I pulled out some of my old food journals from about two years ago and i was shocked to see that im still struggling with the same weight:(

I also noticed a trend, i would go a couple of weeks of eating really good and losing weight( about a 1lb-1.5lbs a week) then for some odd reason i would fall off the wagon for a day or two. This madness has been going on for a while now...it really opened my eyes. If im going to lose this weight then im going to have to be honest with myself....i can't eat perfect and workout for a couple of weeks and think thats all i need to do, this has to be a ongoing, consistent commitment. It may take me over 6 or 7 months of this commitment. I did it before and i can do it agian;).

Hi Everyone!

Yesterday was a busy day at work and then DH's birthday dinner so I had no time to check in :confused: Yesterday I did Low Max and my knees barely bothered me!!!!!!!! I didn't have to modify or ANYTHING! I was so friggin' excited!! I'm not sure if it was taking the long break (4 or 5 months now) or starting PT at this new place, but I'm happy either way. I won't try any high-impact or anything yet. I'm just happy to be on a step board again:) Today was a rest day but I woke up around 4:45 so I decided to do a little yoga (30 minutes) and 4 core circuits from Jillian Michael's No More Trouble dvd.

Belinda - YAY!! You're back using your weights! I know how you feel...when I stopped weights for my shoulder, I felt like everything was sore when I started back with weights. Great job today;)

Deb - Great minds think alike! Enjoy your yoga today!! I didn't realize you were roadtripping this year:) I decided not to go because I felt like my knees were going to be a definite showstopper for me, but after yesterday's wo, that might not necessarily be the case. I may look into the Aug trip if there is still availability.

Amelia - Enjoy your wo today! How long are you doing the 4DS rotation? When you get your BM2 make sure you do dbl upper body premix....that nails me everytime! We are all struggling with our food, so don't beat yourself up. It may be unrealistic to eat clean ALL the time (I am trying to face that myself). I am even thinking of allowing myself a small treat (100-200 calories) every day! The problem for me is if I can walk away with just one serving. Although you have struggled with the eating for so long, you still have made AMAZING progress!!

Workout done! did 4DS back and biceps then i did LIS. I did the older one with risers,its simple and still gets the heart rate up when modified!

Trish-Thanks for the encouragement! That bm2 dble upper body premix is a killer...i remember it. That was one of the reason's of getting bm2, the upper body weights,lol. Great job with LM yesterday! Im not sure how long i will do 4ds...i guess until i stop seeing results. If i eat healthy and drink my water, i do see results with it...i try to do a cardio along with it too. I know what you mean about staying at one serving. Whats challenging for me is staying consitent...im working on it. :)

Belinda-Your speedy recover after sugery is amazing! Congrats on completing your 4ds workouts...thats awesome girlfriend:)

Hi girls,

The instuctor I took today for spin is a cross between Cathe & Jillian Michael. I really like her. She only has 1 more class to teach in 2 weeks:( Yoga was fun too.

Belinda - I hope you had a nice day. Great job with 4DS:).

Amelia - Great job on your workout:). You have come a long way with great results. I do understand where your coming from. I have been eating crappy for the last month and it shows. I'm so mad that I work out and sabotage it with bad eating:mad: I think working out makes us so hungry. Next week, I want to plan all my meals & snacks in advance so there's no guessing or grabbing of crap.

Trish - How was DH's birthday? Good job in getting yoga & core workout in.

Cookie - Your DS's wedding is coming up quickly. Did you get a dress yet?

Lori - You must be chasing DS around the house now that he is out of his crib:D
