I am sooooo sleepy! We have been up late every night playing games and DS always wakes up at 7:00! He didn't go to bed last night until 9:30 and i thought forsure he would sleep in!!! No such luck Ugh! Nothing that some java can't fix I suppose!
I have this weird discomfort in my left quad when I am running. I posted it on the Ask Cathe forum to see if she had any advice.I know she isn't a Dr and I don't think its worth going to the Dr for. It isn't painful, just weird and right in the center of my leg. Im thinking about taking a few days off from running, if it weren't for that I would be going for a run now and then doing STS when I get home.
Im not sure when I will be leaving to go. DD wanted to make it to soccer but that means we would have to leave in the next 20 mins...and she is still asleep I really don't have anything to rush home for.
Belinda** Its always nice to sleep in your own bed! I am looking forward to going to bed earlier then midnight tonight!!! Then I have to work 3 night shifts this weekend!
Lori-Im tired too, i haven't been sleeping very well at night, my nose gets stuffy at night for some reason? I hope your quad feels better soon, maybe a couple of rest days would help?
Instead of doing 4ds KB i decided to take the kids to the park so they could play while i did some run intervals around the track. It was fun and the time seem to go by quickly. The kids play ground is in the middle of the track so i can keep an eye on them...
36mins total and 330cals burned.
now i just have to stay out of the chocolate chip cookies its so hard to say no to them when there in the house ive only had three, but dangit...thats three too many
I didn't like the spin room. Old gym the spin room had windows looking outside (which is not the norm for spin rooms). At the new gym I felt like I was spinning in a dark closet I will have to weigh how important spinning is to me. Lately, running has been more fun for me anyway.
Belinda - I love sleeping in my own bed after vacation
Lori - Maybe you should take a rest day so you nothing goes wrong when you race (even though I can't picture you taking a rest day).
Amelia - Sounds like a great change of pace doing run intervals on the track and the kids were busy too
Cookie - My DH also never had wisdom teeth, his dentist said it's a sign of higher intelligence. Too bad Cathe's travel workouts aren't ready yet!
