Today im doing CC V 4. I couldn't sleep good last night

Sorry girls, but I need to vent....

First off,we have new neighbors(remember my MIL moved) so now i have strangers living in my front yard, and its only a matter of time before the well starts acting up agian. Its a couple in there 30's with two small kids. I wish we could afford to move...sigh.

The Second thing that is bothering me the things that are going on at my job. My friend that i have been working with for the past year is quitting...she's tired of the B.S around there,yesterday was her last day. She was the only one i liked up there, i may just quit too. Its not worth all the stress its making me have. To make a long story short A girl that works during the week wants more hours, so now she is working on the weekends and there can only be two people in the front office on the weekends, so that means either me or my friend will have to alternate weekends with her. Thats NOT FAIR. WE got hired for saturdays and she got hired for monday - friday
I got a schedule in the mail last week and the monday through friday girl is working EVERY WEEKEND with me and my friend,alternating OUR saturdays....WTH? So she can just take over our only day of work? NO!

My friend calls our boss and ask 'whats going on?" The boss says that "the monday through friday girl wants more hours and she can't work them during the week so since she is more qualified that we are(me and my friend) , you and Amy will have to alternate weekends with her"......... OMG!

And whats really sad about all of this is that my friend is in her late 60's and she has been working in the medical field for 40yrs....so why is the m-f girl more qualified than she is? I can't beleive the lack of professionalism in my office It makes me sad.

Good Morning Ladies!!

I know...I know I have been MIA all weekend but you guys know its not my fault DS is gone with DH right now so I have a little ME time but he as been gone for a little while already...so I am pretty sure they will bb any time now~

I have had a pretty good weekend. I took DS for a run on Fri morning, we did about 14-15 kms, swimming in the afternoon, then a b-party that night. We got to sleep in yesterday morning b/c my inlaws took DS for the night. We picked him up yesterday morning, did a few things, hung out with a friend, then I went for a 18 km run by myself...then we went out with friends last night for supper, and then back to their house for a dip in the hot tub! Today there isn't much on the go around here. Im doing some laundry,and have already done ME. I need to run out later and get a few things but there is nothing set in stone. Im not sure if I will run later or if I will take the day off. Yesterday was my last long run until next Sunday (race day) My friend says she wants to throw up everytime she thinks about it!

Belinda** Enjoy your rest day! Are you still home alone or is DH back?

Ameila** Work sucks! There is no other way around it! We have a girl that works with us and she as been there forever! But she as this mind set now that she isn't going to do any extra for our boss. She isn't pissing our boss off....she is pissing us off! I called her the other day to see if she could do a flight at 4 in the morning and she came up with every excuse in the book. And none of them were good ones, finally she just said " plus, I just don't want to". He says he is going to have a talk with her but we will see about that! Is there another place hiring in the same field? Its to bad you couldn't get another job some where else. And whats up with the new neighbours...are they loud? I must have missed your last rant.

thanks guys...im feeling better after my workout. I need to send Coach Sean a email and thank him for his wonderful workouts...CC V 4 released so much stress

Lori-Nothing wrong with the new neighbors yet but im sure our water will be running out soon....so far they have been there about a week and its been pretty quiet. They did have some people out in there back yard(our front yard) yesterday, we didn't feel comfortable going outside with an audience.
So sorry to hear about the girl at your work...maybe your boss with talk to her. It does sound unfair to everyone else that works there.

Im eating a ham sandwich with my pita chips(love my pita chips, 3 ingredients and low in cals) Have a wonderful sunday!

Hi girls,

After thinking really hard all week long, I decided to do the STS rotation again (still haven’t decided if I want to do the 6 ½ months or 31/2 month rotation??). I downloaded my workouts in my workout manager; my weights are set up and ready to go. I am all excited; I hope I will make it through with no sinus problems. Yes, I do need surgery! Put if the doctors can not guarantee me, that this is it. I will not get another operation. I will not get under the knife, just for the fun. Right now, there are no guaranties the operation will work! WTH!


Lori, glad you are back! Holy Cow, you got some running in this weekend. WTG, girl! I say take a rest day, your body will thank you. DH is coming Tuesday! I am glad, it gets boring without him.

Amelia, glad CC made you feel better. Don’t let that get to you to much, ok! What kind of pita chips are you eating?
