You’re up early today Rest day sounds good to me too I am dragging this morning. Can't get my butt in gear! It's cold and rainy outside; I already took the dogs for a walk. I may talk a nap first, than do my cardio.

I hope to get STS 24 back & bi's in later today. Off to help my SIL set-up for her daughter's graduation party for tomorrow. Look so forward to a rest day & rest week from STS

Hi girls,

I am finally done with IMAX 3 I have no energy today. I am also done with Debbie's June rotation, tomorrow I will take a well needed rest day. Maybe I will do some stretching. Next week I will start STS again, I will do the 3 1/2 month rotation.

Amelia, enjoy your rest day today.

Debbie, have fun with disc 24 today. I took the dogs for a nice long walk this morning, Unless is raining, I still take them out every day.
