DS decided to get up at 5:05 today What is up with that??? Then I had to come to work at 6:30 for a flight. I am checking in before I go home cause Lord only knows what will happen after I got there!
Todays workout is going to be a run and dare I say it....STS disc 19, that I was suppose to do the last 2 days! I had to cut everyones hair yesterday evening so I didn't have time! I can't wait for my scissors to break or something cause IM not buying a new pair. They cost a fortune and if everyone thinks I am going to buy scissors to cut their hair for FREE, then they can whistle dixie! You would think they would offer me SOMETHING. Even to pay for my hair when I have to have it done! Ugh...Im just on a rant cause I am sleepy
Today I'm going to do STS 20 Legs. I have off today so I will try and get somethings around here done Yesterday workout doesn't even count I was so busy saying goodbye's to people at the gym I barely got a workout in
Did alot of damage last night with SIL's at dinner I need to eat clean today!

today is cardio coach volume 3. I didn't get a chance to come back yesterday and report cardio and weights, my energy was fading fast during it but i was able to get it in. I had to babysit my 1yr old niece and boy oh boy is she a miss busy pants...

I am done with my workout We went for another run but took a detour to a steep hill. It was my running partners idea....but guess who made it all the way to the top without stopping? Of course it was ME...who else would it be? Then when I got home I did STS.

After 4PM and still haven't done my workout This is the main reason I go to the gym because it gets me moving and out the door
