Good morning,

I never got my workout in yesterday, except lots of walking in DC. I know, I get lots of cardio in, will try to get my leg workout in today.

Melissa - ((HUGS))) I am so sorry. I know, you must be so disappointed. WTG, on D20.

Cookie - we love my son's gf, she is so sweet.I hear you on the sleep. Hope you got some last night.

Lori - I went to a lulu's store in Gorgetown, must say cute stuff. Now wonder you like it. Very pricy, IMO!

Kirstin - WTG, on M1 D1 and DOMs. I feel my shoulders too, doing chest flies? Not sure, why?

Debbie (((HUGS)) sor sorry about your FIL. Good for you keeping up with your workouts. We are doing lots of sightseeing. Went to the Capital yesterday, Spy museum and the Botenical garden(?). As you can see, lots of walking.

Helene - sorry to hear about your back. Take it easy with your workouts. (((HUGS)))

I will be back later.

Hey girls. Did Afterburn today so feeling good about that. I have a feeling eats will not be up to par today  Oh well LOL. Thank you all for your support; I'm trying not to think about the school thing but it still pisses me off

Cookie, wine helps with everything ;) How did you sleep? I have 3 other schools; 1 is close to me but the other 2 are on Long Island, so I'd have to move. Not thrilled about paying more $$ at those schools either. UGH.

Kristin, chest flies bother my shoulder sometimes too. It usually happens when I go too far below the bench, then my arms are struggling to come back up.

Deb, I'm so sorry to hear about your FIL. I hope he gets better soon! When will they correct the heart problem?

Belinda, have a great WO today! Walking counts too so don't beat yourself up for skipping the WO yesterday!

Evening!
Belinda, it is so wonderful for everyone when you like the gf! Really makes quite a difference. I didn't get in a wo today and certainly not a 5 mile walk around DC.
Deb, sorry to hear about your fil. How is your mil doing with it? I think Turbo Barre is also my favorite.
Melissa, it is their loss. A guy I know was turned down by pharmacy school, and he had always dreamt of going to it. He ended up going to a state school for business and now owns a $$$$ pharma company. A few years ago, the pharm school asked him to come speak, and he did. Of course, he said how he was "rejected, but now sought after." It will be that way with you.
Oh, Helene had mentioned to me one time about keeping my shoulders retracted, and that made a real difference with how my shoulder does with weight work. Of course, I really have to think about it when I'm lifting.
Helene, hope you're resting and mending.
No wo for me. The red wine did the trick - 6.5 hours of sleep. Hoping for a repeat performance.

Kristin, sorry I hit post too early. I was wondering if you ordered Cathe's calendar. You could hang up some of the photos on your new gym walls.

Hi,

I took a spin class, it's funny the gym is really crowded have to park far away for a spot . . . wonder what happens to these people in February;) The Dr.'s are going to decide which operation they will do first the heart valve or gallbladder. My MIL is doing ok we've all been chipping in & helping . . . I guess it's a good thing she has 3 daughters, 1 son & me:) That's why I have to stay healthy I only have 2 sons!

Belinda - It's great that your visiting all those places . . . sometimes we're so busy visiting outside our state, we don't take advantage of what's so close.

Melissa - Ugh, didn't realize you would have to move & it would be extra $$$:( Are their any other schools you could apply to close to home?

Cookie - Hmm, you'll have to stick to the red wine! Do you catch up with sleep on the weekends?

Kristin - I just heard the weather is supposed to be really nice over the weekend.

Waves hi to everyone!

Goodnight:)
