Good morning ladies,

Sorry, I didn't get back with personals yesterday! I went to the gym yesterday, got about 27-28 min of iTri in, I started getting so sick through my stomach, than everything went back in front of my eye's:mad: I almost couldn't get of the elliptical, I thought I pass out right there and than:eek::eek: I felt like something is pulling me to the ground. I sat on the bike, I don't know how long. I should have gone to the clinic here on post, but by the time I went home I started feeling better again! Wired!

The last couple day's I haven't sleeping well, keep waking up at night. I just lay there and can't go back to sleep:mad: My DH is coming home today, I will wait until he is here, to get D 6 in. Maybe I will take a rest day?? Haven't decided yet! I know there is a stomach virus going around, maybe I caught something. My stomach is making a lot of noises the last 2 day's?

I will try to come back with personals! Can't promise anything!

Belinda: That doesn't sound too good. I guess this stomach bug thing is global because a lot of people have it here too. And it doesn't seem nice. So take it easy.

Deb: Nice workout yesterday. Wow, 9 boxes of girl scout cookies! Thanks for the heads up, I'll try to avoid my little neighbor!

Cookie: I hope everything is OK with you. Sending lots of good thoughts your way.

I think I am all caught up from last night. Hi to everybody else on this last day of the week!

TGIF. Unbelievable. I've been back from vaca a week and a half and I am exhausted. DS climbed into bed with me a 11:30 last night and clung to me all night. I don't know what is up with that. Just got step moves in. I am glad for these shorter workouts. I'll regroup this weekend.

We are just lounging around this a.m. DS is watching Dora while I am enjoying my foffee...but it needs a zap in the microwave. I like my foffee hot, its warm now. O.k for chugging I suppose;)

Im going to try one of the workouts today. Probably the circuit one. I also need to do abs and disc #5. I should get all of that does this a.m. I need to get to the bank at some point in the morning as well b/c DD is leaving at lunch time for a v-ball tournament and I have to get her some spending money. I gave her 2 checks yesterday for school. One was $350, the other $63, now she needs money for her meals and a movie. Then she ask if she can have $25 for a concert. I told her that if she wanted to go to this "thing" then she was going to have to come up with the $25 herself. I know its only $25 but still...I don't have a money tree in my backyard. Everytime I trun around she needs money for something but whenever she has her own, she spends it

Belinda** Hopefully what happened yesterday was nothing serious!:confused: I have the cold now...thanks to DH but it probably won't last long. I will sweat it out!!

Helene** Sounds like you had a night like I had on Wed night. DS came out with us at 4:30 and clung to me as well. Who knows...maybe they had a bad dream. Then when I went to put him to bed last night he pointed at my bed and said "this one" LOL I let him fall asleep in my bed but then I moved him to his own. Not a habit I am going to get into again. I did that with DD b/c I was a single mom and she use to sleep with me all the time. It took years to get her out of the habit!

Deb** Good workout yesterday! 9 boxes of cookies:eek: Did you buy everything she was selling?:D I rarely have any money on me when kids come to the door. They are very lucky if I do. HIIT is high imapct but you should give it a try.

Trish** DS doesn't come out with us that often. Maybe once every few months, unless he is sick or something. He is so busy that once he is asleep he doesn't usually wake up. Im not sure about your knee issue yesterday but if your body isn't use to carrying around a extra 10 lbs, then you never know. Do you need new sneaks?

Helene** I always workout when everyone else is eating:D They are use to it now. Actually now that I work all days, it isn't as bad anymore. I usually get my workouts in no prob.

Good Morning Ladies

Today is a rest day (from Cathe, anyways). I ended up doing Rhythmic Step up until the challenge, and then did Ab Circuits/Weights and Plates, but just the Weights section because of time. Dang, that was hard! lol

Belinda- Hope you figure out what it is!! That's not good to get to that point like you did at the gym.

Amelia- I've been watching the Biggest Loser too....I can't believe how much I cry when I watch that show :eek: It broke my heart to see the mother and daughter torn apart. Nice workout yesterday!

Lori- I've yet to try the pyramid.......I don't think that's on rotation for another couple of weeks.....lol I feel the same way about sticking to the rotation to get results....but I figured rthythmic step was close enough to step moves!

Deb- I hear ya on the cavities...and I eat fairly decent,brush twice a day, etc it's just that I dont' go to the dentist, and I have more than a few cavities....they're telling me one tooth needs a root canal...*sigh* It's a good thing the girl scouts didnt' come to my door this week......lol

Trish- I've been single since last february...almost a year! I did (and still am!) doing my own thing. This guy has been hanging around since Pre-Daytona...lol After about a million no's *even though he IS irresistable* I caved....LOL Hope you were able to get some sleep and a workout in today!

Helene- I have not done MMA Kickboxing yet...have you? What did you think? I did Fusion and actually I did like it better than Boxing, because it does involve more legs, and I love that move where you jump in the air in kinda like a lunge, and punch down. That is AWESOME...lol. And I'm not stringing him along (exactly), but am trying to make it very clear that he won't be the one running ths operation. ;) So how did your workout go?? I'm sorry about the long night in your household!

Cookie- Thinking about you.........hope everything's alright.

So today is the "practice" deposition for the accident. My parents are going, the lawyers dont' want me there. My mom is pissed because some questions that will be asked she only knows the answers to because I told her. :confused: So the appointment is that 3 and she's telling them right then and there that we should be both be doing this, and not just her. The real one is Monday morning. I can't believe almost a year later and we gotta go through every detail alllll over again.

I have to drive DS, go to Zumba class, work and then hope to get Disc 5 in:) The one good thing is we may reach 50 degrees today:D

Belinda - I hope its not too serious, happy for you DH is coming home.

Helene - Vacation always wear us out:) but so worth it.

Lori - Maybe DD can do some babysitting for you to earn extra money but I guess with all the money your giving her it should be for free.

Iris - Even though it's a rest day sounds like a rough day for you and your Mom.

Morning girls!

Decided to take it a little easy this morning because of the knee. I did Mari Winsor's Bun & Thigh sculpt...got a good burning in my glutes & still feel it! I followed that with AC Medicine Ball abs. It was a short and sweet wo. Not sure what I will do during lunch @ the gym. There's a new strength class that I might do or possibly just some upper body work. TBD I guess :)

Belinda - Wow, that sounds kind of scary. Good thing you were sitting on a bike. Glad DH will be home to look after you ;)

Helene - I'm feeling the same way..EXHAUSTED!! I remember when I used to come back from vacation rested but not since having children. It's a whole new ball game! Which wo is Step Moves? Is that Cathe? I feel clueless with the new wos. Today will be my first day back to the gym, but from what I heard it has been packed since Jan 1. That should taper off over the next couple of weeks;)

Lori - Hhhmmm, now that I think about it, my sneaks are at least a year old. I wear insoles for my flat feet and change them every 3 months but I guess that may not be enough?? As some of the weight comes off, I'll see if that makes a difference with these old knees. I'll also keep my eye out for a sneaker sale. Thanks! Have fun doing your circuit wo!

Iris - Ah, well have fun with the new dude. Btw, love the dang!! Brings back memories of my cousins in TX. One of their favorite words! Enjoy your rest day today. Might give the ab weight wo a go this weekend. Hope all goes well with the mock deposition.

Deb - Sounds like a busy day for you! Have fun doing zumba! Not sure what rotation (if any) I will start next week, but have been thinking about doing M1 or M2 from STS. I miss the gliding discs exercises and the push ups!

Cookie - Hope you and mom are doing well.

Amelia - What are you up to today? Going to any open houses this weekend?
 
Hey girls,quick check in for me...got tons to do before the kids get home.

Just finished my workout, did 25mins of Yoga then LIC upperbody circuit premix...it was fun and tough. Burned 550 in 1:20 minutes.

I will try and bbl with some personals. Thanks for the links yesterday girls...i will check them out.

Nice cal burn today!!

I ended up doing the strength class but the instructor was the worst! Bad form, no endurance, just horrible! Won't take that class again until there is a new instructor!!
