Good morning girls,

I will do IMAX 2 this morning + abs!

I am very busy today! Tonight DH and I have a military ball! Tomorrow DH and I will pick up our kids in Munich! Can't wait to see them!:D Hope I will get my workout in before we pick the kids up:eek:

Hey girls, i was sick as a dog yesterday. I was praying that my stomach wouldn't hurt this morning. I couldn't hold anything down and I laid in bed all day.(funny how I LOST my APPETITE after complaining about it wednesday morning:eek:)

Dh just went to work...we are both VERY tired, we must of picked up that stomach flu bug at the grocery store wednesday....i forgot to wipe/sanitize the handle of the buggy(which im pretty good at doing)

so,no workout yesterday and probably no workout today either...im not gonna push myself too much,still feel kinda dizzy when i get up.

Anyways,just letting you guys know how I was doing....I will bb tommorrow hopefully with reports of a workout.
 
Hi Girls!

Just getting a chance to checkin, even though I have been up for a little while. I am debating putting a color in my hair today? Its very time consuming so it will have to be after DS goes to bed...or nap time...but nap time is workout time:confused: I have some roots on the go...they aren't grey though:) just brown:)

Today I will do Imax 3 as well and I may even do the UB work that i am suppose to do tomorrow. I would like to get a long run in outside tomorrow b/c its suppose to warm up and tomorrow will be a higher calorie day. We have DH's work christmas party and I am looking forward to it:)

Morning Ladies!

I went to my firm's hoiday party last night, came home and slept like a rock! Although I only got about 6 hours sleep it was good sleep so I feel pretty rested. I did GS Legs (deadlifts/calves and the floor work). Without all those squats and lunges, the workout flies by!

Belinda - Great job on iMax2 today! I am missing that one. I have 1 and 3, but from what I read, 2 is supposed to be the funnest.

Amelia - I see my vibes didn't help you much:(:p. I hope you get it all out of your system today. Feel better.

Lori - You can probably afford a day off...go for the color;)
