Helene, I doubt I ever will catch Lori. LOL! Did you get D 8 in today? I love, love CTX. CTX leaner legs, is a tough workout. Lot’s of squats in that one. LOL!

Trish, I do love the leg workout in M2. I also doing the squat option in M3, maybe I’ll do plyo legs instead? Let us know how you like your new workout stuff.
Lori, your poor little son, hope he isn’t getting sick. Without my squat rack, I couldn’t go that heavy. The squat rack really helps. What results have you been seeing with STS?
Cookie, my 1RM is 130 pounds in Meso3, not sure about that? LOL! I am still training safe, I am not out to hurt myself. I am not gonna check in with the Hardcore group, I am checking in with 3 fitness groups. That’s enough! I love our check in! How old is your sister? How do you like your new bed? That’s one high bed, girl! WTG, on your workouts. Hope your shoulder is feeling better too.
