Well I fixed the "o" key on my keyboard so this should be a bit easier.
What a day, no wo and still beat, don't know how that happened.
Trish- I loved the kitty picture. Thanks so much for posting them. We had a cat but no more and I think I am going through kitty withdrawal. Two kids is enough at the moment, though I would so love another cat. But we are not home enough I think. Maybe when the kids are older, I don't think they would have a hard time talking me into it
Cookie- LOL, I live North and work South of the other river. Can't wait for the races to be over, between that and construction, Northway traffic getting home can be a pain in the evening! Glad that Iris finally sorted out the weather issue for us though. It was beautiful today!
Lori- Forever running. What can I say? Well WOW about sums it up from my end. Where do you get the energy, especially with kids and work?! I am simply amazed! I know you bought new pants but I think you might need a pair of new running shoes soon at the rate you are going

That could be a budget all by itself!

That gave you quite a calorie burn, that's for sure. I hope your sinuses and the weather are both taking a turn for the better.
Amelia- It sounds like the p90X was a great way to go for you. I like plyometrics when they are in a wo. Though I've never done an entire wo of them. I previewed STS disc 26 (Plyo legs) to see what that was all about. Wow it's impressive. But I am a long ways away from that!
Iris- I haven't done the pure cardio 4DS step. I'll have to give it a try since I've done them individually. Are you seriously thinking of Daytona? That sounds like it's going to be so much fun.

So no wo for me today. But I did get CTX in the mail from last week's special and I order this week's as well. Big spender! Good that I'm the one taking care of the bills and not DH.

No new pants for me until that ticker shows some major change.
Tomorrow morning is STS Disc 8. I really should tack some ab work to that if I have time. Maybe I'll try the medicine ball 10 minute segment. Then it's off to work again.
