COMMIT TO GET FIT AND LEAN FOR AUG 24, 2011

Good morning! Finally got a workout in: Leaner Legs & Circuit Blast. I felt like crap doing them though :confused: Probably because of not working out and eating garbage for the past week! When I looked at my WO manager, it's pretty sad looking lol...not too many workouts posted in there recently :eek:

Belinda, have a great WO! I should try 30DS again. I have it and totally forgot about it!

Deb, yup those beaches ARE long! It doesn't look too far until you actually start walking down to it :eek: When do you leave for vaca?
 
Hello all. So I haven't worked out in three days, and I am pissed about it because I was having such a strong month, with only three rest days total, :mad:. When you are sick, you are sick. Could not do much on Monday and yesterday, I felt a little better, but I did not want a repeat of Monday (with realizing I was too sick to workout), so I forced myself one more rest day. Definitely working out today. Not sure what yet. Maybe I will do 4DS for the rest of this week, being that it is a 4 day workout week, sounds good, right?

During the earthquake, I was on the phone with my cousin and I felt the floor moving below me. I thought I was going to pass out because I was still sick. I grabbed my table trying to stop the feeling, when my cousin said, "What is that?" and then I said, "Hey, are you feeling this too?" I was relieved for a second that I was not sick, but then thought WTH? Anyway, it was over before it started. I think the news made too much of it yesterday. Of course, it was probably worse in Virginia. I was thinking of you, Belinda.

Hi again,

I just finished Disc 11 (TB) and JM 30 DS. Need to melt that fat layer of my stomache.

Kirstin, glad you ok! How are you feeling otherwise?

Melissa - I need to shred my stomache, hopefully JM30DS will do the trick;) I don't know what else to do? Nice workouts, btw! Glad you had fun on your vacation.

Afternoon girls,

I drove to work this morning so got to sleep in an extra 15 mins:p. My wo was D14 Legs + LBB Floor work & leg drills + Bootcamp abs. I used my new firewalker bands from RT and boy was my bootie burning during the floor work. Obviously, the loop I made with my bands was bigger than it was supposed to be:eek: Also have yummy shoulder and chest DOMs from yesterday, mmmmm!

Belinda - Great wo today! I'm with you...if I could just shred my stomach;)! If Jilly does it for you, I will be adding her into my rotation very quickly:D

Melissa - Back on the wo wagon:) Nice job on your wo today! I gained 4 lbs while in TX. I set a mini goal to burn them off by 9/15. Loved the pics, btw. Looks like you both had great time:)

Deb - Yup, I felt it, but assumed it was demolition going on in the area.

Kristin - Uuugghh, think I'm coming down with something. Just started sneezing a few hours ago. Hate being sick in the friggin' summer!! Just doesn't seem natural:p Glad you are feeling better and up to a wo. What are the boys up to today?

4DS LIS completed. My shoulders are burning. I was a little rusty on some of the step moves, but I made it through. Chris is still napping. He has been in big boy underwear for two days now. He has only had one accident, not bad. It was my goal to have him out of diapers before school started. Now I feel kind of sad, lol. I am a nutjob!

Trish- oh no! I hope it is just allergies or something, nothing major. It totally sucks being sick in the summer! Being a mom, it sucks to be sick ever. For some reason now when I am sick, I am still expected to do things, lol.

Belinda- I feel good. I just need to get control of my eats and really focus. My belly flab is bothering me too, mostly because it is pouchy due to what I am eating. I have started fresh today and hope to stay on the wagon. Our anniversary is tomorrow and we are going out to dinner. .. uh oh!

Melissa- saw some of your vaca pics on FB. Looks awesome! Nice job on your workouts!

Going to get dressed, wake up Chris and maybe go for a bike ride with the boys. We shall see.

Hi girls,

I'm going to make this quick, leaving early tomorrow for the beach. Need to finish packing:) I took a spin class today so I would get my w/o out of the way.

Belinda - I may try the shred w/o when I get back.

Melissa - Enjoyed looking at your pictures, loved the earthquake pic:)

Kristin - I'm glad your feeling better.

Trish - I still haven't tried the firewalker bands, but they seem so tight, I bet there's major DOMS in your future.
