Im still deciding on todays workout...i may do a step workout, maybe BM2 timesavor? can't wait to see if i go over my 'range' on my HRM....man,im getting obsessed with that thing! It came with a disc....i have no idea what for,so im off(after I drop DD off at the school bus) to see what that disc is for..

Good Morning Ladies!

I can't beleive some of us have workouts done already:rolleyes: I wish I had mine over and done with.

I didn't get to workout yesterday until 8 last night. My choices were to put DS down for a nap and not go to the store....or not put him down and go out and thats what I decided to do:) My workout ended up being HSC and a 50 mins run. I did 15 mins before the first 2 seg, then 10 mins before the 3rd seg and 5 mins before the 4th an 5th seg...which brought me to 50 mins.
Oh my....I made the best brownies yesterday ever! No wonder I had to workout for as long as I did.If you would like the recipe let me know:)

Im not sure what todays workout will be. I will probably do legs and some form of cardio...maybe BM2 and GS legs? I dunno!

Im going out for a coffee with a friend this a.m and I am going to pick up a couple of christmas gifts as well.

Belinda** Good job on getting that workout over with! How is DH feeling?

Ameila** I use to like my HRM when it told me what I wanted to hear...if it didn't, I could have fired it right in the garbage. I think for C&W's and HSC it told me that I only burned little over 200 cals! I wasn't impressed!And thats when I ws battling with the baby weight.

Hey girls....fly by post here! I ended up doing BM2 timesavor cardio! I didn't do the last two power circuits though....but I burned 320 cals! I'll take it(i almost took a rest day:eek:)

Well, this is turning into a full week of rest for me so far! Not that it was planned that way. I haven't gone three days without Cathe since vacation. Of course, then I did miles and miles of walking and running. Gee, I really feel guilty, but my sinuses are suffering. Of course, Amelia has to make me feel her pain and send the freezing cold weather up here, so I'm also frozen.

Belinda, that sounds like an awesome bike. My husband and I used to do lots of bike riding before we had kids. We've went out quite a few times a couple of years ago, and this summer we were saying how next spring we need to get peddling. You're inspiring me. Is your son with you or are you making soup for your husband? What a wonderful person you are.

Amelia, are you keeping a chart of what your heart rate is on different days and the workouts used? Then you'll know you're obsessed. Just don't ask how I know what the definition of obsessed is.

Lori, sounds like another great workout. You know I want the brownie recipe.

I am just innundated with work! I stayed until 8 tonight and came home and worked a few more hours. Guess I shouldn't complain with the way others' job situation is, but it is wearing me out. No wonder my sinuses are flaring up. I'm going to save my workout until Saturday and will have a do a really tough one for penance. I just am aggravated since I have them all planned out and don't like to not get things done. Oh well.
