Good Morning girls!

I was THRILLED to see our miss CHERYL checking in last night! YAY! looking forward to chatting with her later! oh,and myfitnesspal.com is a website that I recently discovered that helps people keep up with thier calories....check it out! Ive lost 5lbs so far:eek:

Im not sure what im doing today,maybe just cardio on the TM or maybe a full body weigth workout?:eek: I will check in later and let you guys know what happens!:D

How is everyone doing?
Im just getting up and its almost 10 here:D I needed that sleep in and DS is STILL asleep! I was wondering when to fit my workout in but its all falling into place now b/c he as a Dr's apt at 11, so there is no time for a workout.
Yesterdays workout was a 4 mile run and I was hoping to get outside today for my long run but its raining and I think its going to be raining all day. I forgot to tell you guys that my step as to be replaced:mad: there was water in it from the flood so I have to order a new one:confused:...which I should do now!

Ameila** Have fun with your workout today, whatever you decide!

I will bbl, I need to checkout yesterdays thread plus get ready for the Dr's apt.

Iris – awesome job on PLB yesterday! I was out of town yesterday, so no cooking! LOL!

Cookie – glad you enjoyed the dog walk yesterday! I will not buy anymore workout stuff!

Hey girls,just popping in to report my workout! I did a 30minute run interval and them PUB up premix plus the abb work!

Good Morning Ladies!!

I hope you're all doing FABULOUS:D:cool:! Things got a little hectic at the end of last week, so you know what that means...I was on shutdown..again! But everything has returned to normal (or should I say 'just barely crazy') I'm so excited because I received new (really they are the old ones) Cathe DVDs over the weekend just in time to start FF's new leg rotation!! I tried PH over the weekend and I LOVED it!! Didn't have a tremendous amout of DOMs (only in the bis and tris), but I still really enjoyed it. Might need to play with my weight selection a little bit to get it just right...I never know how heavy to go for endurance exercises...I guess I could do the 1RM tests to figure that out, right?

Amelia - Great job on your run and PUB premix/Ab work! Every time I see your ticker I get re-impressed!!

Lori - Glad Rylan gave you a break and let you sleep in! 10 o'clock is a rare thing these days ;)

Will check in this afternoon (my director is out ;)).
