Coming out of lurkdom!

This is the reason I will never grow tired of answering CC questions. I know we joked about how many CC threads there are, but seriously... Coach Sean is an amazing person and he deserves nothing but praise.
Promoting his workouts is the very least I can do for all he has given me.

Wow! Thanks for the warm welcome from all of you! I did register over at the CC website but that board is not so active:confused::(. I will post over there with regards to the check in though:D. I think I should add to this however that I've been doing Cathe now for a few years, a little over 2 I guess. I love her workouts!!! But I REALLY love running so alot of my cardio comes from that...but I do need a break and always use Cathe for that. I love her step workouts much as well as her weight and circuit workouts. I don't want to give the impression that I was only about CC.

Christy, not to worry -- we're all here because we love Cathe. Her cardio is a little too complex for a klutz like me, but I LOVE her weight workouts and use them exclusively with my CC. :D

Yes, the CC forum is pretty quiet, especially when compared to a huge site like the Cathe Nation, but the people who post there are all so nice... as are the people who post here!

I have all of Cathe's weighted workouts and a 2 of her cardio workouts. For some reason, I have problems tripping over the step during cardio:eek:
I have an assortment of cardio that I like to do when I'm not using my elliptical. I have Turbo Jam(for light cardio), Tony Horton's plyometrics & Kenpo.
I can't run though. My old knees can't take the pressure anymore.
