Coming back for a maiming MONTHS later

Well, I don't think I've done a Cathe workout in forever. Could be close to a year, since I have been quite busy doing my THANG in the gym. Loving the endurance/strength gains, but I digress...

Let me tell you, Ms. Cathe reminded my why coming back to her workouts at any point will still deliver that much needed punch (maiming...whatever). I did IM3 blasts only, Kickmax blast challenge & then Gym Styles back and biceps. I thought I was going to die. My chest is STILL sore from C&T on Monday. :eek:

This just reminds me to always keep changing things up and there is always room to push it to a higher ground, no matter your fitness level.

So, ummm, thanks Cathe, I think. :confused::p
 
Shoot, its not like you picked an easy combo of things to do!!! Kudos for getting thru that. I'm sweaty just reading that!!! And welcome back to Catheland:):)

Awww....thanks Beavs. Howdy Lauramax and others! It's always good to have dear Cathe waiting in the wings to torture me. Nothing says love like pain around here :p
 
From the good ol' days . . .

Boybert . . . Debbie!!! How the heck are you? So glad to "see" you in here. I have missed our coffee iv drips of years gone by . . .

I do the same thang with gym workouts and then go back to a Cathe somethinorother workout and get my a** whupped but good!
 
Super (((hugs))) Rogue & Cath!! My IV drip is still running strong. Didn't any of you wonder where the golden coffeepot went?
