Well, I don't think I've done a Cathe workout in forever. Could be close to a year, since I have been quite busy doing my THANG in the gym. Loving the endurance/strength gains, but I digress...
Let me tell you, Ms. Cathe reminded my why coming back to her workouts at any point will still deliver that much needed punch (maiming...whatever). I did IM3 blasts only, Kickmax blast challenge & then Gym Styles back and biceps. I thought I was going to die. My chest is STILL sore from C&T on Monday.
This just reminds me to always keep changing things up and there is always room to push it to a higher ground, no matter your fitness level.
