I saw your post about wanting to do CC but didn't
have any equipment to do it on. I use a rebounder
and my step with 3 or 4 risers on each end. I do
the hill climbs by using my step. I step up,step down
turn around and step up and down. This way I alternate
what foot I step with. I run on my rebounder and
do high knees for the sprints.
I love it! It is gentle on my knees.
