Coursera.org is offering soon two college level classes in nutrition:
"Nutrition and Physical Activity for Health", which is hosted by the Univ. of Pittsburg and starts June 16
and
"The Meat we Eat," which is hosted by the University of Florida and starts June 23.
I have just finished their class "Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" and I truly enjoyed it (and I learned something, too). We had close to 100 Thousand students from all over the world in that class.
I am planning on taking the "Nutrition and Physical Activity for Health."
Coursera.org classes are free. You may have to buy the book but not always.
