how different is Charlene Extreme from STS. I have STS and just previewed CLX, they look like the same principal? If I have STS and have ordered STS Cardio, and I have Insanity....do i need CLX?

I've done Mesos 1&2 of STS. I am just finishing up with CLX. There really is no comparison. I will be starting up the full STS rotation again in January to finish all three Mesos, but I won't be in much of a hurry to do CLX again -- if ever. There are many factors to consider, though, including the differences in time and equipment needed for the different programs. Everyone has different needs at different times.
