CLX disc 7 (or other Chalene cardio?)

I did Burn Intervals and Extreme Abs yesterday, and really liked both of them (I previewed Ab Burner, and it didn't appeal to me quite as much).

Can those of you with disc 7 (bonus workouts) tell me what they are like? (Cynthia? Anyone?)

Do they seem 'too similar to" the workouts in the basic package to be worth the extra purchase or "too different from" the basic workouts to perhaps appeal to someone who likes the latter?

Also, are there other Chalene cardio workouts (her Turbo Jam workouts) that are more like these, and less like the 'WHOO WHOO!' "let's party and shake our boot"!" Turbo Jam workouts that I've seen. (I Extreme Intervals to be fun, but not in a 'let's get down and party' sometiimes 'over-the-top' kind of way. Get what I mean?)
