CLX-Burn Phase results

I just finished ChaLean Extreme Burn Phase and lost 5 pounds and 5.25 inches (2.5 from my waist).

Work hard - get results!

Congrats Marcia! That's fantastic!:D

Did you alter the program at all by adding on or changing anything or did you do it by the book?

I am going start CLX on Sunday! I am sooo excited!

Cathy - I took a little longer to get through it because I'm teaching 6 aerobics classes a week, so it was a little harder to find time to get in some of them. But, I did go by the rotation as it was written in the book.

Good luck! The Push Phase is so awesome, too. I'm on that one and really enjoy it a lot.

Marcia.

Thanks for the info, Marcia.

I will be adding in one run per week for sure because I refuse to let my running endurance go into the toilet. I will also be taking 1-2 weekly yoga classes at the gym simply because I am loving them! Aside from those 2 things I plan to do the rest of the rotation as is unless I find some other area is lacking and then I will see what can be done about it. I really don't think I'll need anything else though.

Kudos to you for finding a way to fit the program into your crazy class schedule!!!!:)

So far I've tried Burn It Off, Burn Intervals, Ab Burner and Recharge and loved them all! I will try Extreme Abs at the end of this week. Can't wait!

Congratulations!!! I am so excited to start this program. What will you do next? Will you repeat the program as is, or change it up.

Mary

Marcia,

Those are very impressive results! ^^55! to you! It's great to find a program that motivates you, works you, gives great results and doesn't take a lot of time. It's like finding the end of the rainbow!

I'll look forward to your future posts as you move onto Push!

and the lean phase??

Has anyone else started lean phase yet? I'm doing a shortened rotation because I can't wait to start STS. I did 3 weeks of burn, two of push, and now I'm doing one of lean. The first day of lean seemed to really drag for me -- don't know if it was because the rep count went from 8 back to 12, or what. But this morning I did the second lean and I really liked it. Those plank combos were tough for me -- my supporting arm/wrists got sore! Even though I'm anxious to get on to STS, I'm pretty sure I will be revisiting at least push and lean in the future. I liked burn, but was not as fond of it. Also, I have not had incredible results like other people have -- at this point in my life I don't really expect to lose weight. I do have more definition in my shoulders and arms, but that started with FF's December rotation.

Mary - I have two more rotations with this program before I move on to another. But, I am going to pick up my running efforts now and more dedicated after this program is done. I'm hoping to do a 1/2 marathon or at least a few 10K. My DH is doing Ten Minute Trainer and doing great, so I might add some of those in my next program, too.

Good luck to all
Marcia
