clothing advice

Hi all,

I just need some clothing advice as I am planning on buying some postpartum clothing now so it arrives to me overseas sometime in the next 2 months b/c xmas also slows up overseas mail (my parents forward items to me so I can bypass 30% customs tax in the UK). I am trying to gauge my new size and I think my pants size will just up to a 10 from a 6 for the next few months...but I am having a harder time determining whether I will be able to wear my usual coats/jackets. I went from a 36d to a 40e during the pregnancy - and my coats/jackets dont meet to zip up b/c of the belly of course and my larger breasts. However, the arms shoulders and overal fit of the coats is the same as it was pre-pregnancy. So, would anyone have any idea whether or not I would need to get a new winter coat? I am guessing that I would, especially if my breasts get larger from nursing once the milk comes in...I am just trying to save myself from spending a fortune on a bunch of new clothes here in the Uk where it costs about 3 times the american price for items that I'll only ever wear for 2-3 months. I guess I am just trying to determine whether once I have the baby my chest width will be a little less than it is now b/c it's inflated by the baby? I just don't know. I want to be able to zip/button a winter coat:)

any input would be appreciated :) thanks!

Ok, first of all, I can't relae on the boob size, I went from an A to a b-c and thats it. But, for the first month your top may be huge and it may be hard to botton the first few bottons on your coat but after the initial engorgement phase hopefully your coat will fit. Worst case scenaria, leave the top unbottoned and get a scarf. I wouldn't waste the money. Pantswise, I was about 2 sizes bigger for the first month postpartum,
