!!! CLEAN & TIDY WEEKEND !!!

Kate - I am so sorry you are sick. That's so sweet M made pancakes from scratch. I got some great boots at DSW online on cyberMonday. Nice and furry inside. Hope you feel better soon. My new job is going well and so far everyone has been really nice. It is still too soon to see anyone's true colors but so far no issues.
Robin - you got some great deals. I love the centerpiece idea. Did they try to look around it and bother each other?
Katie - are you busy baking today? How was the line to see Santa?
Nina - you are crazy for running after your flu. Take care of yourself.
Klaudia - aren't you glad the cheesy sweater party is over? I am glad you had a good time.
Lisa - I am so glad you got the tickets. When is the concert? I would love to go to more concerts but they are so expensive. We usually do one concert/theater event a year.
Angie - I can't believe you are coming back to the US so soon. Did you ship all the cmas gifts to your parents?


So Friday night we went to my holiday party. It should have taken us 1/2 hour but took and hour and 1/2. We were lucky. One of my other coworkers spent 2 and 1/2 hours in traffic. Once we got there it was good. It was really short and sweet since it ended at 9:30. Yesterday I did some shopping but did not really get anything. So I came home and ordered some stuff online. I need to get a couple more gifts and then I am done. Not sure if I will do that today because it is 35 degrees out and pouring. This morning was grocerymax and cleanmax. This afternoon will be wrapmax and rest up for my week.
 
hi everyone. told myself i would not post as i am a real debbie downer, but here i am. i am trying not to write much about dh as he said that is not good to do on these forums. makes sense. but i am sure you guys know why i am sad. also having major family drama. i gave it an hour of my time this am (and 6 sleepless hours last night:mad:) - that is it! i am trying to make myself wo and get some endorphins going, but i am totally unmotivated today. what to do??? literally, i run a few minutes on the tm and get right off. we have a neighhborhood party in a few hrs.

klaudia, that is some crazy baking. did you find the recipe on all recipes?

kate, so sorry you are sick. my body felt sore when i was ill too, and it was not doms. rest up.

wanna know what is way better than endorphins from running? snuggling the sweetest most beautiful 3.5 year old in the world. oh how lucky i am to have such great boys. they fill my heart and soul.:):)
 
Baking is done! Although I'm not a fan of baking with the kids-Milla fell off the counter and Danica burned her hand:( Taking a break before Ihead down for my workout and then up to make some dinner-pasta with chicken sausage and veggies.

Colleen, took almost as long to get there as you spent at the party! Yes, I'm glad it's over. Only the shower, bachelorette party, and wedding left;) I say stay in:)

Nina, so sweet about your boys! Take the day off. Hope the party is fun. No one here throws parties like that. I found the recipe! I'm going to make it this week and give them as gifts.

Kate, so nice of Mike to make breakfast. Too bad you couldn't enjoy it:( Hope you're feeling better-at both ends!;) We weren't the only ones dressed funny-the whole wedding party and the bride and groom. The other guests were normal:)

Nina, IKWYM abt dh's thoughts about posting stuff. Maybe we should move our thread to the closed social groups??? Anyone that reads this knows when adn where we're vactioning, and pretty much all of our daily schedules. Wouldn't be hard for someone to come rob us blind while we're gone.
Soooo glad you enjoed your snuggle time. I had a good long one w/ Gina when she was sick Friday and I loved it.

Klaudia, Sorry bakemax went south. I sometimes get these romantic ideas abt baking w/ the girls and then - poof! It turnsinto a disaster.
