I must say - oatmeal is wonderfully filling! When I eat it for breakfast I do NOT NEED a mornign snack. That stuff sticks w/ ya!

Sorry for being so MIA, but last week was full for me. This week will hopefully slow down. I only got three wo's in last week due to so many time constraints, but this week will be better! I went for a 30min run this am then did GS Triceps. It was a good hour workout and I feel so much better! Eats have been decent, but I did have cake and ice cream since it was my MIL's bday last week. Determined for a clean week! Sorry for the lack of personals. Promise to jump back on later and do them! Off to do some work then heading out to WalMart for some sewing stuff. Wish Target had a sewing and craft section like WalMart.

Kate - Would you like to pass some of that dinner over here for me so I don't have to cook???

how is the weekend over? i got so much done, but no rest or relxing:mad: entire house wAs clean, bedroom got painted by me today:cool::cool: we have had awesome pooltime lately. today i am just totally wiped out. i did a 16miler this am, and it just took everything out of me (that plus the 3.5 hrs of painting.) anyways, bedtime is soon, and eats were spot on! interview tomorrow afternoon, i hope it goes well.

off to bed. not sure what i will do in the am - need to do abs and ub and maybe a short recovery run? i just finished 2 weeks of gs and saw great results, and i do not know where to go now.hmmmm maybe 1 more week of gs till i figure something out?

Busy days for you! Jeesh! And we do NOT paint! We gladly hire it out! We tease that hiring a painting contractor is cheaper and easier than divorce court!:p We painted our 1st house together and fought the whole time!:p
16 miles!!!???? Do you know how long that would take me!? ALL DAY, I kid you not! And I thnk more GS sounds great!
