10-10-10 done! I thought it was pretty good. I'm enjoying the new WOs but I have to say I prefer all cardio or circuit. I don't feel like my heart rate stays up long enough during a split workout. I'm only burning around 350 calories. We'll see. I'm anxious to get a "real" rotation started Jan 1.
Colleen, good luck with complicated dinner at SIL's. It's so funny to me these days how people end up having to eat. Ten years ago you never heard of all these complications!
Kate, I'm so excited for you that you're getting an ellip! That's so awesome. Some day... when I have a basement again. I'm just so happy to have a workout room! The only bad part is that there isn't a whole lot of space so I have to improvise when there is a lot of moving around! 4DS BC may be a challenge!
Dinner tonight was a clean shrimp jambalaya. It was OK. Lunch was far from clean. We got ham and cheese sandwiches from our local bakery. The French use butter in place of mayo and they just load up their sandwiches with them. I need to remember to ask for it w/o butter! It's so good though!
Tomorrow is our prep day for Disney! The girls are so excited. Annabel has a count down going!
So, I am enjoying Ryan time. Except he's trying to get so much done around here and nothing is "easy" so he gets frustrated and then preoccupied, etc. But, I think as things get done, he'll do better.
Well, time for shower and movie in bed! Keep warm everyone and be careful in the snow. Post some pics for this french girl!
xoxo!
