##### Clean & Tidy Weekend #####

Hey ladies! I am spending most of the weekend at DF's house and my internet access is limited. Sorry I haven't checked on you all!

Kate, sorry about all the puking! Hopefully that precious baby will get better soon! LMAO about the spanking -- that is totally something my mom would say to DF, but DF would give it right back to her.

Mexican went well last night, thanks to everyone for asking. They didn't actually bring me as much food as they usually do, so I ate it all. I felt full when I was done, but REALLY hungry again by the time I went to bed last night (about 6 hours after eating), so I think it's alright.

No workout for me today, just stretching and rest. Food is as follows...

B special K w/red berries, ff milk
L a small portion of something dirty (shhhhh!)
S apple
D ??? gotta go to the store and find something...

I am curious about the weigh in tomorrow -- I know I was doing really well going in to the weekend, so we will have to see...
 
ROBIN - Creative breakfast! Good job! And awesome workout too. With your fast and checking in here you gonna be one clean woman! I don;t know if sweating easy means you burn more cals. Guess I should've read the article a little closer....

Thanks for all your well wishes for Isabel. She's keeping everything in today but she isn't eating much. Hopefully we're on an upswing!

Katie - Good for you on your Mexican! C'mon - Tell us! What'd you eat dirty?! Chocolate?! I'm curious about the weigh-in too.

Today I got FULL at lunch. Not super-stuffed, but oh those carbs were good. I haven't had a snack this afternoon. We've been cleaning/sorting/throwing out. Dinner will be light - maybe some Kashi and an apple. Looking forward to a good hard lower-body workout.

I'm so sad to see Monday come! I wish I could have my DDs with my everyday. I miss the slower pace if when they were babies....

I'm back, and might i say, i ate like crap in England, really, the worst possible!!!
Kate, happy belated birthday! Same day as my mother :)

It will take me awhile to catch up i think, i need to get back on track.
I got the new 4Day split DVD's! I did my first total body yesterday,and my back is tender today, so i need to slowly ease back into things. I definately gained weight in England :(

Today, workout, Bar method

B: oatmeal usual, with 1 tsp almond butter
l: barley soup, carrots/hummus, yogurt and sugar free ice cream
s; 4 crackers with almond butter
d: making homemade ezekial pizza i think.

WELCOME BACK STEPH!!!!

I've been wondering when/if we were going to hear form you again! Did you have lots of good ol' English fish & chips? mmmmmmmm I haven't had fried fish in YEARS! Would love some! New rotation will be posted soon - you'll blast off those lbs in no time flat. And a lot of it is probably water too.

Did you back do okay w/ the flights? Must have been nice to have a rest.


I just finished B&G timesaver Standing Glutes and Abs. Yowza! Short but effective! I'm thinking LIC tomorrow - always gets me good & sweaty.

Okay, okay... I ate tacos from Taco Bell, 3 of them. They are only 59 cents on Sundays, so DF and I always get that for lunch.

Ladies, I do NOT feel well at all right now. My throat is really really sore. Hopefully it will miraculously disappear overnight!

I think I am going to try Higher Intensity Step tomorrow morning -- haven't tried it yet, so I am giving myself about an hour to learn it.
