Robin, good workout, and good menu, i havent done any premix's from BM2! what's wrong with me!
My back is a mess, but i still lifted last night. Oddly, its sitting or standing that hurts, not the movement. I'm hoping to do DM cardio/legs and abs tonight, but i'll see...yeah like i'm not
Menu:
so far, oatmeal
s: pear/cc
L: corn chowder, veggies/hummus, apple
s: almonds
d: likely huge salad, egg whites, ezekial and strawberries..yum!!
