This morning I did BM2 circuit and upper body.

b- kashi and OJ
s- peanuts
l- turkey on whole wheat and fruit
d- whole wheat pasta and ground turkey
s- popcorn

Hello Robin and all clean and tidy ladies to follow

I posted this morning, but its not here!! I cant remember what i said>!

Robin, good workout, and good menu, i havent done any premix's from BM2! what's wrong with me!
My back is a mess, but i still lifted last night. Oddly, its sitting or standing that hurts, not the movement. I'm hoping to do DM cardio/legs and abs tonight, but i'll see...yeah like i'm not :)

Menu:
so far, oatmeal
s: pear/cc
L: corn chowder, veggies/hummus, apple
s: almonds
d: likely huge salad, egg whites, ezekial and strawberries..yum!!

Hello Robin & Steph! Good menus today! I love both of your workouts too!

I'm doing great in my 2nd day of my personal challenge!
b - shredded wheat, banana
s - energy bar
l - tortilla soup, fiber crackers, 1/2 apple
s - ??
d - lg. salad of some sort

I even made frosted sugar cookies w/ DDs today and ate.....NONE! Hurray for me!

Hope we get some more posters later!
