Kate, you so will not look like a chicken sausage! I have the same legs-my nickname growing up was "skeeter" And Darrin still makes fun of my calves-they're puny no matter how many calf raises I do!

Eats:

b-1 egg+1 egg white on ww englsih muffin w/ 2%cheese slice, 1 cup strawberries
s-almonds, 1/2 pear
l-tuna w/1/2 cup cannellini beans, cukes, tomato, low fat balsamic
s-banana with 1 Tbs. pb
d-chicken ceasar salad w/Texas toast(hope I can resist this)
