Morris, If its any consolation I think you're absolutely amazing for keeping up with physical activity while on crutches. My MIL wouldn't move out of her chair the ENTIRE time she was in a cast - about 2 months! It was ridiculous. I miss being in the girls' classrooms but I hate pumping/refuse to do it.

klaudia - taregt solo sounds great! good job on a clean-eating, hevy-sweating day! i had one too! how do you make your chicken? i do mine in the crockpot. dh likes beef better so im the only one who eats it. lotsa leftovers. i freeze them in individual portions. yum!
