Hey girlies!
Back from dropping Danica off at dance. Got my workout done. Those tri-sets are tough! But the workout goes by pretty quickly which is always a bonus
I need coffee and a shower.
Anne, my MIL makes that artichoke dip-so good with tortilla chips
Don't worry about your workouts! Listen to your body. The worst thing you can do is exercise when you have no mojo-hello injury or complete burnout. And it's not as if you're doing nothing-3 days of tap counts as major exercise!
Robin, sorry about mistake! I used 60# for my narrow squats today. I can't imagine going heavier than 70#! Amazing!
Kate, nice work on the eats! Don't ruin it by noshing too much before dinner.
Morris, here you go: Buffalo Chicken Dip-Spread 1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese in the bottom of a pie plate or 8x8 pyrex dish. Add 1 large can of white meat chicken(Tyson is good or use rotisserie). Pour 1/2 bottle of Frank's Buffalo sauce over the chicken, then pour ranch dressing over that. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese (I also add some blue cheese). Bake at 350 til hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, bread, whatever you like
I also have a recipe for Reuben Dip, but I haven't tried that one. And no nap for me either
